After Hotfix, Scoliac is broken :(

It's bugged on ship and looks like a polearm or long sword.

During mission, it acts like a dagger, doesn't extend like a whip..

This just happened to me today when i got my Loki.

Made him pretty and all modded up just to have everything reset when i got into mission.
