  1. Maxed the Ignis and sold after I had done. I felt the weapon was just not worth using at this stage of the game it does need a total rehaul to be considered usable compared to a majority of the weapons in the game.

It actually needs to shoot a wider cone.

Its damage needs to be increased by 4 or 5 times the amount to offset the range you have to be use it.

Needs another ammo type or its not usable for ammo efficiency.

Suggestions instead of flat number changes

Change the fuel type to liquid - anything the Tenno hits with flames the flames should stay for a while affecting the weapon user and other enemies being able to create paths of fire would be lovely addition.

Give the Ignis a nice DOT I understand that fires can die out but things on fire usually take damage while on fire...

Create new weapon type for continuous firing weapons with Ammo type Plasma -  Specific Mods for the weapon could greatly enhance it - increased range, dot length and better scaling mods could do wonders for both Ignis and the flux rifle.

  2. Before the update most people in my clan said that shotguns were one of the weakest weapon classes and despised them greatly, and I agree with them after using Strun and the Hek before and after their range nerf I can safely say shotguns weren't worth using.

Most rifles are just better in terms of dps than shotguns ever were

The introduction of kunai even pistols were stronger than the shotgun class

The Paris/Dread with thunderbolt were considered better than any of the shotguns

I feel this buff to shotguns was much needed - Their range and dps compared to the rifles and even pistols was a reason never to use shotguns.

If this was before the HEK was the sniper rifle without the damage drop off then I would of fully agreed with you, but it no longer is and could not match the dps and range of gorgon/supra/boltor/grataka/braton.

Now the only weapons that truly need buffs are the continuous fire weapons - the Ignis and flux rifle as they share the same problem that shotguns had - the damage for range you have is just not worth it.

  3. Instead of adding a mode that you see in the map I would like The fact that objectives can change during the map.So I would enjoy something like "It's A Trap / Martyrs " mode where the force you are attacking has prepared for you has increased its defences and started the self destruct on the ship to try to destroy the Tenno with themselves.

Pros - Give the player a frantic challenge

-Gives a reason for enemies to initiate lock-downs.

Cons - Would have to curb elevators / amount of distance that would prevent the Tenno finishing too slowly

    - Would be hard to Farm/explore

  4. I disagree with you with most of the changes to the mod system seeing that DE are already planning to add more to it which will remove your concerns of unable of fitting every mod of the highest level on it:-

DE mentioned about adding more polarities later on via the Paragon system (think of prestige system of COD)

DE said something about rarer than rare Mods. Potentially these will strengthen weapons and Warframes more without adding the need for a higher mod capacity.

And when I asked DE Steve during the Livestream event they may add Dual effect mods (again) which will again strengthen weapons.

However I love the idea of:-

A hardcore mode with mutators - with a leader board.

Not to mention the advance mission challenges would give a lot of re-playability and bragging rights when used on assassination missions

And I admit mod rank adjustment would be nice I mean no one wants to farm another mod that you already have and can't use because you upgraded it once too many times.

  5. This is bloody pathetic.

I started playing maybe a week or two ago and I got the fifty-dollar Founder's Pack because I thought I'd be paying towards a good game with proven developers, but I can't imagine what kind of inexperienced has-beens this whole lot turned out to be. I'm sitting thinking to myself why I'm paying for a game where seventy hours (I'm counting) of grinding on the hardest levels gets you around ten useful rare mods, about one of which is a freeze mod for a weapon I don't even need freeze on? Is your idea of 'fixing' a drop rate to make it utterly inaccessible to anyone who has a physical form capable of fatigue?

I've got utter incompetents at life telling me that 'rare' mods should be 'rare' and that if I don't like it I should play another game, but if it isn't the bloody Sword of a Thousand Truths I don't see why there's a thousand-hour grind to find one that isn't absolutely and utterly useless. What sort of designer struggling to be relevant in the modern world 'fixes' a drop-rate so the only thing Pluto gives you is Thief's Wit?

Now I'm hearing (heard, rather, on the livestream) that the developers are going to remove leaving after bossfights as well, which is the point at which I'm thinking I might draw the bloody line. It's taking long enough for the mods and now they're seriously contemplating making farming the apparent endgame instead of skill-based gaming (because as we know that would take more effort than the guys who seriously don't want global trade because of the trade spam instead of considering a trading channel or a platinum-bought merchant pass are willing to shoulder) - are the mod drop rates going to be fixed or have I donated my money to charity?

I can't even well bloody well care if this gets me banned, because it's not a great deal of money in any case and it would certainly be more of a service to me than it would be to you.

What an utter farce this whole enterprise turned out to be.

(In case you're planning to ask: yes, I'm mad. I can only imagine what kind of person doesn't get a little miffed over having wasted more time on something than God on Earth.)

I really don't understand the hate here. I'm beginning to think some people don't understand that rare means RARE - you know as in unlikely to drop. Yes killing a level 50 Grineer probably only increases the drop chance of a rare mod by 1% and that should be raised, but to simply hate this game because your not getting the mod you want is rather pathetic - Its RNG at its finest and worst.

The only thing I remember about drop rate - is that its increased the faster you kill things including from other players so go into a 4 man group and mow everything down. If you didn't get mod you wanted, so what? You feel entitled enough to have the mod you only want to drop? Grow up you, can't have everything in life and you especially can't rely on the RNG to love you enough to give you that mod.

During my playtime I've received nearly every single released mod out there I can only think of one mod I'm missing which is a frost pistol mod. Do I grovel? No I try my hardest and try to get the mod.

The current system of mods is probably better than the previous system - I would of supposed that you would of wanted the "Dual effect" mods to have dropped every single time for you.

  6. Although true in most cases Grath. You can encounter different faction on another faction's ship the chances are extremely rare though would be interesting if someone could dig up the chances of encountering them.

Don't know whether they will change/edit this considering if you go against the Corpus the other factions will activate the camera's and therefore turrets/laser doors.

  7. I agree with N7 it takes a long time to go through the entire level with stealth mode activated. The time it takes to gun blaze + get more kills and therefore get more exp than stealth is a real downer.

Not to mention the Gunblazing will no doubtedly get you more gear - so you can maybe even say that if you get a stealth kill you should also get extra item drop chance for doing it.

Point 5 - Definately agree, granted i know they have comms but the system is really wacky I been spotted by a small group killed them with sword dash and come away undected even though they had seen me. compared to me bumping into the back of an enemy when i was trying to strong slash him which alerts everyone even though the guy died in a quarter of a second later without even seeing my face.

Point 7 - Intrigues me Im saddened at the lack of an enviromental hazard obstacle course i find that it would be a far more unique one to the target but like you said if they don't want to change any of the map design thats fine - its great already... Just not perfect ;D
