  1. The problem here is not her being worthless or absolutely garbage. It's that she gets boring eventually and realizing you can do what you were doing 3 times better with another character AND in an entertaining way. Sure you can still speak of how good the sonar & silence is but, as I mentioned, that's all you have. That's literally all you have. You are forced to play that way and that kills the experince. I'm sorry but the mechanic "One shot everyone and get one shot by everyone, the better you are..." just does not fit this game. Not a bit.

    If she is designed to be THE glass cannon of this game, it cannot go unnoticed, can it? I haven't seen a banshee player in like, 2 months and I play this game at least 4 hours a day. This is a problem that will be eventually fixed. Telling others to "git gud" does not help increase banshee pick rate. Neither does it fix her unsynergized, spammy kit.

    I hope we see banshee as the character type it was designed to be in the first place. Thanks for your time everyone :)

  2. Well as you can see, Banshee "rework" did not achieve its goal. Far from it. But the cast-forget resonating quake idea was good, it fit the playstyle so well. However.

    It made the ability basicly useless. Why?

     

    -The damage is so mediocre, 25 energy for 500 damage to the enemy who stands 10 meters away? No thanks, this can be done much more better with many other warframes.

    -Maybe it was designed to be a crowd control ability? Still, this can be done much more better with many other warframes.

    -Alright, what if we don't spam it and use it as a tactical- no this doesn't work. Nope. This is the fourth ability of a warframe. The case cannot be this bad.

     

    Moving on to other abilities...

    Her first is just never being used. I feel like I press "press this button to waste energy and knock down enemies. Yay, fun!" button all the time. This is just sad.

     

    Sonar however. The ability people rely on and defend so much. Her bread and butter, the reason she exists for. Embrace your fate darling for your destiny is to spam this as hard as you can, whenever you can.

    This ability is probably why you chose to play banshee. You want to see big numbers that can satiate you, and you are willing to die in this progress. Many times. Only to realize there was a safer & better way to achieve that. This can be done with many other warframes. However not so efficient.

     

    Third ability. Silence, crowd control ability. The button you press when you really don't wanna get one shot from god knows where.

    This ability and sonar are the only things a banshee player can rely on. Other than this? Nothing. You are pretty much forced to play this way, anything you tried, anything you wanted to do other than this has failed. Many times. This is the best way to play banshee, it seems. No augment or miracle can save you from this. Only empower it.

    In sum, banshee is just worthless and overwritten by many other characters. 

    Volt's fourth is the new banshee resonating quake in disguise. I want to picture this exactly in your mind:

    Banshee fourth: Some sort of destructive scream. Imagine volt casting discharge with his range and strength build. Enemies act just same but instead of electricity, there are scream sounds you can barely hear. You deal massive damage over time, enemies are performing the electric proc animation and some of them performing the animation you see when you cast silence upon them. After a few seconds, all affected enemies collapse and there is nothing but silence. You used all of your energy in that while, channeling the scream. As the result you got a blissful silence. And a lot of affinity indeed!

    This is my idea of the new banshee fourth, I don't know what you think of it but I would most definitely love doing that and dedicating an entire build for that. But what we got now is just a low-level map cleaner type of ability that basicly any other AoE ability can perform.

    I just wanted magnetize's explosion to have an unchangeable, capped punch through of 2 so enemies behind a falling autumn leaf can no longer laugh at you at full health near the explosion. This could make mag officialy THE endgame nuker-ish character. And make me happy indeed! :)

  5. Oh, also, should I mention that nearly all of the finisher animations are bugged and will perform some random weapon moveset's finisher animations? You know that, for like, months.

  6. To be exact, all of the finishers are screwed.
    This issue lasted for months. It's about time they look under this immersion breaking stupid bug. Been doing heavy weapon stealth attacks with daggers for quite a time.
    I just wanna go back to stabbing people with Ivara again :<

    I've been so happy to have this kind of a feature. Having this augment is probably the one of the best experinces I had in this game. This is definitely the augment I had the most fun with. This is just great, I've been playing & testing this for a couple of days and I found some really, really bad flaws that were just uncomfortable to witness. I'll be pointing at the most annoying flaws I witnessed while I was using the augment:

     

    First, there is the double reload bug. If you take a weapon with a long reload time, you're gonna regret doing such thing.

    Basicly, the clone reloads whenever it wants to, and it reloads twice most of the time with most weapons. It's really annoying when you witness such thing. Here's what it looks like:

    Then, the aiming flaws it has:

    This is one of the most hard-to-witness things I've seen, when the enemy gets knocked down, the clone shoots above them, instead of shooting the enemy. Runs out of clip, reloads twice, the knocked down enemy stands up and murders my darling. This is what it looks like most of the time:

    Then, there's the "I reload whenever I want" thing that's way too annoying sometimes.

    If your clone is using a high mag capacity weapon, clone reloads whenever it wants to. This makes weapons like Supra, Gorgon, Soma, nearly useless for the clone. And, Im not mentioning that the clone can decide to reload after reloading. I personally want my clone to reload when its weapon is at 10% mag capacity, and no enemy is around for 2.0 seconds. But that's totally up to the person who is willing to fix this, after all. Here's what it looks like:

    And some other stupid stuff that the clone does including:

    >Get behind a cover and stay there until the enemy appears for the clone

    >Reposition itself to get better angle for 1 enemy that's hiding behind a little object

    >Threaten the enemy by pointing an arrow at them for 3-5 seconds before firing

    >Aim at enemies' chests and end up shooting their feet (Most of the time it shoots the ground)

    >Prioritize the farthest enemy to the clone and shoot them first

    >Stick to the zone where Equinox casted the clone

    >Freeze at a location before Equinox and pointlessly aim at something forever

     

     

    I've witnessed the clone shoot enemies' feet with most weapons especially at close range, too. But I'm too lazy to make a gif of it, so, just mentioning that too.

    These are the flaws that stand out the most. I don't know if anyone has complains about this augment, since nearly no one uses this, but I have to admit... This was the most fun thing I've ever discovered in the game for a really long while. I would love to see my clone nearly flawless...

  9. Title might be outdated, I've read everything about how things went but I need a simple, really simple answer to this.

    There are so many people wishing that concept to make it in current game build... Is there ANY chance it could make it into the game? Altered or unaltered, we don't really wish for an exact version or anything; if is there ANY CHANCE that skin could make it into game... Please let me know.

    We need a "yes" or "no" answer, even "maybe" is appreciated. Thanks for your time :>

  10. Now that you're started to make these "peculiar" mods, i suppose this is the perfect time to let people know what i desire the most in the game currently..

    Melee weapon size magnifying:

    Simple. Install peculiar mod which allows you to magnify melee weapon size and install any range mod (or not) to melee to magnify the weapon's size. Weapon size magnifies as melee hit range increases. Imagine the possibilities!

    I've been thinking of this pretty often and i was wondering if it could come true or not for a very long time...

  11. I had the same issue, I had 6 Brilliant Shards

    I did the exact things listed below:

    -Realize Shards are for Focus Points

    -Invest in, level zenurik Energy dash thing to 20 sec to 22

    -Close the zenurik in disbelief, selecting not saving

    -Open it again, realize theres nothing better to do

    -See there's no extra focus gain from shards, they all gone.

    Gaining focus through effort rather than rng is indeed a great idea. Can't wait till it's fixed!

  12. As the titile says I've figured out an annoying bug. Zephyr passive ability to glide or reduce gravity or whatever you call it, does not work properly after using her first skill "Tail Wind".

    Zephyr just falls down like a thrown stone after using her Tail Wind skill. Feels bad.

    So I've decided to post the bug here and I hope it gets fixed as soon as possible ^-^
