  1. Agreed. If the description is wrong- it needs to say And instead of But, and adds instead of inflicts. If the description is not wrong, you're literally investing for the sole purpose of hurting your abilities and team. DE kinda... botched quite a bit of the focus stuff- but it's beta. 

    DE did a fine job especially in their resent patch where some passives last 5 seconds, the balance is great, your just a scrub.

    Other games would refund people after making serious changes to recently implemented things... DE just give you the "stink eye" while sucking your time, effort and resources out of you, "Please sir, can I have some more? Never mind, I'll help myself to it."

  3. Unairu is a complete disappointment. I was hoping to finally be able to play a proper tank. Extra health, extra armor, some form of taunt, and maybe some health leech. What I got was a crappy Atlas' gaze and not much else. But I'm too stubborn to back out of it now, I'm 200k focus in and not planning to stop.

     

     

    Just to make sure everyone knows because I definitely made this mistake. That passive is a chance to turn the enemy who melee'd you to stone not when you melee an enemy.

    That is even worse, if you aren't a tank frame and you get melee'd by a high level enemy you dead.

     

    congrats, yet again DE you have managed to seriously disappoint and annoy me multiple times in less than 8 hours.

Like I said before, whether or not it is some "entitlement" BS, bad practices and mistakes need to be criticized and/or brought up or we get more "games" like Destiny, Evolve, Halo MS collection and the list goes on, that is why I so against the whole: "It is a beta", "If you don't like it, don't play it", "just leave it" and "Why are you still playing it" thing, do people really want a Destiny 2 that badly?

  5. Was about to choose Unairu due to the ingame description but after noticing the polarity shape I decided to go with Vazarin.

    It was completely worth it.

    You saved yourself a massive amount of time, plat and farming for a new focus.

  6. I don't think these people understand what beta means... I mean I know there hasn't been any clear indication that the whole game is indeed "beta", but when a feature is explicitly stated BETA, well, you tread deep waters. I guess some people just don't know that they can't swim.

    Using the exuse "it is a beta" is effectively implying they could remove/add anything from/into the game no matter how ridiculous, that could change the game entirely and i would apparently be ok is that didn't refund us.

     

    Just great people, these are the kind of "humans" that live on the same planet as us. *Cries internally* (i'm losing hope already)

     

    I'm sick of things like this, can it just stop, if you are going to post something that will require explanation or is contradictory to what someone else has, please explain or give a valid  reason, before you make yourself look like a troll or an idoit.

     

    I'm not trying to shame anyone, i'm just tired of this (lack of) "logical thinking".

  7. I was unfortunate enough to pick Unairu, it has pathetic mediocre abilities, a worse version of Atlas' Petrify, with some add-ons like i fire AoE that can burn enemies and corrode YOU, it's passives are just trash-tier, especially in comparison to the other Focuses.

     

    Passives:

     

    15% armor (5% per level, with a max of 15%) barely makes a difference, even on warframes that can take advantage high armor like: Chroma, Atlas, Frost, Rhino and Valkyr, its still bad and on other frames it is ENTIRELY USELESS!?

     

    15% armor reduction to enemies hit by melee (5% per level, with a max of 15%) barely makes a difference, corrosive damage takes off more armor, can be applied ranged weapons and is permanent, WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THIS!?!?

     

    Has a chance to turn enemies to stone on melee.... ARE #~£&ING SERIOUS!?!?!? DO I HAVE TO POINT OUT HOW UTTERLY USELESS THIS IS!?!?!?!?

     

    If you use a melee weapon, you will stagger enemies often, unless you are using a dagger, which are rarely used by anything that isn't an Ash, Loki or Ivara that is cloaked, in which case they will deal enough damage to kill the enemy very fast nor will the enemy be able to see them in the first place, and are usually stun-locked by higher damage melee weapons, especially if they have stances and most of the high-tier melee weapons deal tons of damage and even without something like: Excalibur, Chroma or Valkyr, the most enemies (even up to levle 60+) will die in anything from 0.25-3 seconds anyway, so there is no point of turning them to stone.

     

    The other Focuses are so powerful and they should be, but then Unairu is depressingly mediocre, even for low level standards.

     

    DE, Unairu is USELESS, either remove it and erase this abomination from existence or buff it, so no one else will suffer picking up this aborted, inbred, deformed fetus of a Focus School, like I did and tons of other people have, Please. 

  8. I've always had terrible pc and my game would run at mere 25-18 frame per second, but now the game is a slideshow, running at 5-4 frames per second, anywhere that isn't Simaris' simulator room.

     

    I've spent over £200 on this game and i don't want to stop playing it, because of trash-tier frame rate.

     

    PC masterrace am I right, or can you not pay a "measly" £700+ for one that is half decent or good. -_-

  9. you just said the name of the warframes i use most of time, and i'm rank 20, hate Nova Prime Ash and Loki, it's no fun using them. those three aren't weak you just need to adjust and learn a new way of playing. It seems for most weak is the same as not having a button to spam in order to kill around.

    Weak at time is probably MAG 

     

    I couldn't agree more, people, in this game tend to say a warframe is bad, just because the frame requires actual thinking to use, if it doesn't have a "Press-[inset button here]-to-win" (I like to call it the "Noob button" or "Panic button") ability, then it is bad.

     

    I'm just happy that DE are try to "stamp out" the whole "Panic button" thing, like what they did to Saryn and Mesa, because i was getting sick and tired to the "you don't want to use Saryn, Nova or Mesa? Well leave then, scum" BS, that some people would do, I thought Chroma and Equinox were already enough proof that warframes, don't need to overpower "kill everything in the room instantly / solve my problem immediately button" because some players are ultra lazy (Valkyr is probably next and i can already taste all the salt and hate -_-).

  10. I personally like the mesa change. It was necessary as a whole to stop the game becoming what it was turning into. Which was complete negation of any frame use other than mesa, trinity and frost. Ever had someone rage at you so much that you just gave up and let your party die just because you kill things with a Saryn or nova instead of a mesa? Or perhaps you would much rather try and get a levelling group for that oberyon of yours but oh sorry, you cant play that. We need a mesa. For a T1D. Which you can pretty much solo with a level 1 frame and a good melee weapon. No you needed a mesa. 

     

    Changing the mesa opened the field to the entire roster of frames rather than making it entirely a necessity for every run, even when other frames would have done just fine with the job.

     

    I like the mesa change. But they do need to change it so that you start off in the focused state maybe without the damage increase, and they do need the other abilities looked at given how people mod for power strength, but the key mods for that remove all functionality for its other skills

     

    Thank god, someone who understands why warframes like Mesa and Trinity need to get "nerfed".

     

    As far as i'm concerned, as long as the warframe your using can fit the role that is required, nobody should complain. I hate the fact that people treat most buffers and support frames like dirt, just because they are not Trinity or people who act as if most DPS warframes garbage, because they don't have a ridiculously huge and powerful Area-of-Effect like Ember, Nova, etc and cannot clear a room in mere seconds, things like this need to stop.

     

    Sorry guys, but Mesa's "nerf" was probably for the best, although i think adding the ability to at least move while using the Peacemakers wouldn't hurt, even if the mobility is very limited.

  11. Two questions.

    1: If something doesn't scale shouldn't we fix it so it does?

    2: Arent most powers that are good late game overpowered early game?

     I can answer question 2 for you.

     

    Not all good late-game powers are overpowered early game. Example:

     

    Nyx's Mind Control, is not much point wasting energy to controls enemies at low level missions because they tend to be very weak or deal very low damage, so they don't contribute to the team much, unless they are ancient healers, shield drones, corpus nullifiers, grineer naplams or exumis', but other than the shield drones, most of those enemies don't spawn often at early game.

     

    Nyx's Absorb, because the damage you deal depends on the damage you absorb, which depends on the damage the enemy deals.

     

    Exalibur's Radial Blind, simply blinds they enemy for a set amount of time, regard less of the enemy's level.

     

    Zephyr's Turbulence and tornadoes, (i forgot the name of her 4th ability) the former, because of its ability to deflect all or most projectiles and the latter because it is good for damage at low levels and still good for crowd control and getting breathing room at higher levels.

     

    All of Chroma's abilities: (Although, using the toxic element for Chroma will make his 1st and 2nd nearly useless outside of low level missions)

     

    Chroma Spectral Scream deal decent damage for a first ability and WILL proc, thus stunning or heavily slowing down enemies, (unless it is the toxic one) Chroma players (from my experience and what I've also seen others do) tend to stay quite near enemies to soke up some damage for the sake of their 3rd ability.

     

    Chroma's Elemental Ward ability gives quite good buffs and can stun or heavily slow down enemies, it the ward procs, (except for that toxic one, the buff the for the Toxic Elemental Ward also sucks!) but the range is too small and most of the time teammates won't be in its small 12 m radius.

     

    Chroma's Vex Armor is a God-Tier ability, without being overpowered at low levels, if Chroma takes shield damage his armor incease and if he takes health damage, he will deal more damage, this depends on how much damage Chroma takes, so at low level Chroma will only gain a slight increase in armor and damage increase, (in they even breach his shields) because the enemies deal less damage, because of this using it at low-medium levels is usually an necessary waste of energy, meaning players have to use it more wisely.

     

    Chroma's Effigy allows him to deploy the dragon Parts that are attach to him, to form a stationary dragon that acts as sentry, this "sentry" is incredibly tanky, draws attentions from enemies, increase the credits earned while it is around, it also has a roar, with a huge radius, that is so loud it forces enemies to cover their ears and stand still, (like large monsters in monster Hunter games) it can also beat its wings and cause a pulse wave that has an enormous radius that deals decent damage, ignores armor and ragdolls enemies, (like a strong, radial version of Nekros' Soul Punch) he also gets faster, by 20%, (not just sprint speed, attack rate for melee weapons, reload speed and every movement that isn't firing the gun in his hand) but his armor is reduced by 50%, while the Effigy is deployed Chroma can still use all of his abilities and recasting it will call it back to him, but it's use is limited by the ENORMOUS energy drain that comes with using it.

     

    These are the reasons I like Chroma so much and why he has become my favourite frame for any situation, not only does he looks awesome, he is the closest thing we have to a perfectly Warframe, his abilities aren't dirt, but they are unreasonably overpowered either, he scales with the level, you can tell that a Colossal amonut of effort went into making him and i hope DE make more frames like him, my only problem with him is the range on Elemental Ward, but other than that, he is fine.

     

    When I see people say/comment/type, "Rhino excels at everything." I have a multitude of replys, two of the being, "Clearly, you haven't heard of Chroma, Oberon (who is currently very underated), Valkyr and Equinox." and/or "Rhino (who is very overrated) can perform any role, but excels at none of them XD."

     

    There are way more examples that would take too long to explain.

  12. That armor value of 275 for Rhino Prime still sucks.

    Rhino's ironskin is utter S#&$, looks horrendously bad and still didn't get any kind of buff.

     

    Rhino's charge got buffed but it feels S#&$. Why don't they give us a real Rhino Charge where you walk around, knocking away all enemies?

     

    I still don't know why Rhino has that roar, it doesn't fit into his kit instead he should get that Warcry from Valkyr which buffs up armor.

     

    Rhino is my eternal main but he needs so much help in both stats and skills.

     

     

    DE should just turn Rhino into the most tanky frame of all. He's put to shame by Chroma, Valkyr, Trinity and even frames like Mesa are way more tanky due to the damage mitigation they have. Even if Iron Skin is being buffed to be affected by armor it wont help much. Rhino shouldn't rely COMPLETELY on one skill to be somewhat durable.

     

    With armored agility and steel fiber you can reach about 701 armor which sounds high but you can't survive in high level runs. It's just sad to see that Rhino is still S#&$ after such a long time talking about his problems non-stop

    I agree that, Out of the tank-type frames, Rhino is easily one of the most fragile (if not, is the most fragile) of them all, some warframes arn't even meant to be very defensively gifted, are still on par (if not, more) tanky than rhino, but making him tankier than Chroma and Valkyr (Trinity does not count, because apart from her link and blessing, she is amongst the more frail frames and against lvl 45+ enemies, she can die in the drop a of hat, if the player is not very careful) is not the solution, making him tankier than somebody that can scale their armor on the enemies' damage  (until about lvl 150+) or someone who can become temporarily invincible, who also has a base armor of 600 will mean Rhino would have to be almost immortal and would basically be a god, outside of missons with lvl 160+ enemies (good luck finding a mission with enemies like that, without out it being an extremely long survival, defense, interception or a tactical alert event mission), which would be absurdly ridiculous, unless they removed all utility and role diversity Rhino had to replace it with being a damage sponge, they would also have to make him slower to balance out how inpervious to damage he is, this would make him have no use other that taking a endless beating, which would make him useless to the rest of the team and Extremely boring to play (it would be like watching a train-wreck, in slow motion every day or watching a chia pet grow).

     

    The Lotus also mentions that, " Chroma is one of the most powerful warframes." (in the Chroma quest called " A New Strange") I doubt DE would deny something that came out of their mouths, making Rhino tankier than what is basically the most powerful warframe currently discovered (who is also a tank) would be kind of akward, making Rhino on par with Chroma and Valkyr would be fine, though it would be odd, as Rhino is one of the easiest warframes to obtain.

  13. I like these changes, but they feel to drastic.

    I feel the only changes Oberon needs are:

    -His health moved from 125 to 150 (you got that :D )

    - His armor moved from 65 to about 200 (keep in mind he is a paladin and the fact that he has those large shoulder armor plates and that he is the tallest warframe makes him appear more like a paladin too)

    -His speed reduce from 1.0 to 0.9 (paladins arn't very fast, they're quiet slow actually)

    -His hallowed ground ability should be in a circle shape rather than a rectangle and should stay underneath his feet, the circle should be 5/6.25/7.5/8.75 meters in radius and should take 0.7 energy per second to use meaning Oberon can have the power running as long as he has power, it's damage should be taken for from 25/50/75/100 down to 12 (12.5 rounded) /25/37/50, but it slows down enemies and buffs allies standing in the radius with 6/12/16/24% buff to damage and armor this should also be moved up to his 3rd ability while renewal is moved to his 2nd ability.

    Please Digital Extreme. Oberon needs this.?.

I think that Oberon's hallowed ground should be circular and should stay under his feet and "give-or-take" 8 meters in radius, it should deal 15% less damage than it deals now, has a "snare" effect on enemies ( enemies are slowed down by 15% unupgraded (60% maxed)), the ability should have 15% chance to proc radiation at all ranks (both the "snare" and the proc can't be improved by power intensifying mods), it should have special effect that if an enemy is killed on the "area of effect" will replenish the health of any ally in the radius by 10 HP ( 40 HP if maxed).

    now that would be useful.
