Ive got the same problem, think it happened a little while after PoE launch.
Do you use a Nvidia graphics card?

So upon compleation of my sortie i got a melee riven and it was nothing too bad to do. Upon compleation of my mission it revealed the riven but it was delayed, so me thinking it may have just skipped it walked to the mods section of my ship i open it and it reveals the riven. The bug is here, although the riven challange was finished it showed a blank melee riven that i was able to upgrade and had no stats on it. once leaving the modding section the bug fixes its self. If upgraded it will use endo and credits like normal but once the modding menu is closed it voids the upgrades applied to it.

ive got the error but from what i know, this is not the first time this has happened and it should come back up at some point.

There is a spot on some tile sets where you can fall out of the map.

So i was helping someone farm bosses so they had all planets and found a small issue, forever lasers caused by howl after the camera is destroyed. Howl can be used on cameras and extend the duration of the lasers but if it is destroyed it stays there for ever.

I have a different way of producing the skirt clipping, when i crouch and stand up quickly while moving it happens, double jump fixes it.

If the shade has xp on it then it is not tradable but ill pay for that shade if it is tradable

So i ran into this bug with bosses and ivara sleep arrows, it works on saturn, pluto, senda and possibly all other bosses in this game, i don't think it works on vey hek or stalker but it works for most bosses witch is a bug, for sargus ruk it would force him to stand still and no nothing for the duration of the sleep.

this is primarily why i made this post in the first place, obviously the early game weapons like mk1 weapons will not kill everything but this is not directed at those, as i said in the previous message it is more aimed at the mid tier weapons that got nerfed and people have avoided using because it is not very effective even when fully modded and with forma.

I know low level weapons are not going to be over-powered but when was the last time someone used something like a gorgon, amprex or the flux, rifle or another mid tier weapon that has average stats?

This is for a list of weapons that need to be buffed so they are not gsthering space dust on your ship, this will also include warframes that need buffs.

Something i have noticed is when i am doing a solo mission and i die in a corner then revive i then spawn out of the map, has anyone else encountered this bug?

Had a similar issue with a tier 5 bountie. the circle was going in on the cache but all were found and said 2/3 were found. Full squad. not sure what triggers it but the squad had to leave to reset the bountie.
