Just failed so many(I think about 6 or more) times on an archwing alert for the Vespa Nyx helmet, never making it past the 1st wave. My archwing has about 630 shield and 500 health, kept getting insta-killed by hellions. Anyone experience this frustration? Should archwing enemies be nerfed?

These types of finishers/QTE sequences tend to work great in games you play a few times through at most. Given the heavy boss farm nature of Warframe, this is not going to be well received/liked in general given you're forcing 4 players to a time-gated finish of the boss.
Not meaning to shoot down your creativity mind you - I always enjoy an epic boss finish, but I feel (IMO) these things work best in single player games. A few games that had similar group-sequence things like SWTOR where everyone could interrupt/pitch in for conversations during flashpoint runs was novel at first but rapidly grew old when you ran these things for the 30th time.
What about everyone playing ash? I love him because of his cool finisher wf ability

Was doing a T4 mobile def and after hotfix 16.8 I felt like my armor wasn't working correctly (feeling extremely squishy compared to normal,) asked my squad mates and they agreed. Can someone test this on a chroma or something?

I always thought punch through was hitting multiple enemies with a single bullet (ex. bows)

Nightmare Raids can also give resource blueprints that can take the place of an arcane reward.
It's likely you got one of those.

Does a Raid have a 100% chance of dropping an arcane? Because out of maybe the 9 successful ones I've done so far, I've gotten arcanes until the last nm run I did, no arcane, and there was no cooldown for rewards because I hadn't done a raid for 2 days.

Vault runs are Orokin Derelict Exterminates and captures( Those were the only ones I've done at least, I think there's more.)
