  1. 1. Which frame is getting new alternate helmet next?

    2. Kubrow kennels for dojos when?

    3. Is Frost getting a proto/alternate skin at some point in the future?

    4. When can we expect to see changes to AW navigation? Stuff like 3D radar, etc.

    5. With Valkyr getting pre-Corpus skin soon and Excalibur and Frost getting a rework lately, can we expect a revamp for her abilities too? Currently Valkyr is not just one of the least enjoyable frames to play, with no useful skills and 4 being good only for reviving allies due to poor moveset, but also probably the last frame you want to see in your squad for any mission.

    6. Not a question. Please release soundtrack for the game.

  2. I'm talking about boxes that are supposed to keep people informed on the status of each point in the mission. Minimalism is a good thing, but I personally play at 1920x1200 with small UI scale because I don't like to cover half of my screen with UI elements, and those boxes are very hard to see. Not because they're small, but because the colors blend in with what's happening on screen, due to blue color correction and lighting being used all over the place in the game, and effects are too subtle to be caught with peripheral vision. I constantly catch myself looking directly in the corner of the screen to see what's going on every 10 seconds, and that's something fast-paced games really don't need.

Now, by no means I want any letters popping up in the middle of the screen or even more audio spam from Lotus, but some changes must be made to those indicators.

    1. Change colors to something more vibrant and visible.

    2. On top of that, making those boxes bigger might help. Instead of 1 column of small 4 boxes, why not medium-sized 2x2?

    3. You need to grab player's attention better when point is being contested. Why not use flashing effects akin to ones you see when someone invites you, or a small pinging lens flare? There's no need to make it obnoxiously bright, just visible enough to be caught by corner of the eye.

    4. I might be mistaken, but there's also no audio cues when the point is being contested? Aside from alarm you hear if you're at that point, but then you usually don't really need any additional cues to realize it's being captured by the enemy.

The problem is especially obvious in AW missions because half of the screen is usually of some hue of blue, and sometimes it's impossible to quickly realize if the box is flashing or not even when you look directly at it.

  3. I don't see it as challenging, just unfair. "Use better things" is also hardly an argument, considering that most AW equip requires either clan research or AW farming, so not everyone who have to deal with this have good AW equipment, and lets be fair here, AW is hardly the most enjoyable thing in the game as is. I have Itzal, they're still a pain because navigation is terrible and trying to find a little dim red sphere on space background is akin to pixel hunting. Plus the beam that comes out of the enemy ship to capture a point stops after couple hundred meters. So it looks like a bug even visually.

As for enemies being at disadvantage, that makes little sense because normal interception missions work in the exact same way, but with NPC using a console.

Not to mention, it happens with completely random enemies and not 100% of the time.

  4. Currently adaptor is just not worth it. Pretty much every frame requires at least a forma or two to make the builds support utility slot, and you're asking for two formas (48 hours) just to make the thing and making BP one-time (also at least couple days for rep) on top of that? Not to mention how much time you must spend running Salad or Lua to get rare material to build those formas. People have dojos to build. People have clan research things to make. People re-rank their favorite weapons and frames to make them perform better. People require forma for all these things. People need to wait 24 hours for each.

Pretty much all players have more than one frame they like to play with. And hardly all of them are vets that have nothing else to spend forma on.

20p price is just an insult to injury at this point. "It's only 20p, tenno, like one forma, you know you want it!"

People do indeed buy more if you ask for less. But they buy even less when they know that paying is the only viable solution.

I understand that it's an option, a way to specialize the main frames you play with even more. But the end in this case really doesn't justify the means, it's not worth it.

    Please consider these changes:

    1. Drop requirements to 1 forma.

    2. Alternatively make mods in exilus slot require 0 cap.

    3. Either make BP reusable or much cheaper.

  5. Bindings are the same for AW and normal gameplay, I'd notice if something was off.

Dodge works when you're stationary, but not when you're boosting. Before the update, spinning animation was played automatically when pressing A/D during the boost.

  6. Aside from enemy spawning issues, AW transition bugs and bad AW navigation, which are mostly the fault of underdeveloped AW mechanics rather the the tiles, Uranus tileset is really great. The lighting is well placed, surface entrance and underwater caves look spectacular, a lot of attention to detail and the whole place just feels like it's an actual place, it's believable, not just a set of maps to run around. Not only does it look good, it also performs really well despite being the best looking tileset so far, I've been getting very smooth and stable framerate on all Uranus missions. In comparison, empty Void maps perform noticeably worse.

I'd also like to say that Uranus defense missions are very nice and are much more fun to play than missions with one pod. I hope this change will affect other tilesets in the future.

  7. I was doing exterminate mission on Uranus and found a small spot in one of tiles that makes enemies ignore the player. Took some screens of the area with in-game screenshot function.

Whenever I was standing on the white floor panels near the door, enemies completely ignored me, allowing me to attack them freely or take shots, resuming aggro only if I stepped back on rock floor nearby. At the time the door was locked due to lockdown.

  8. Before U17, pressing A/D while boosting in AW resulted in a very spectacular dodge roll, very useful for high speed navigation through tunnels. But with recent changes to AW, that dodge roll just doesn't work in space anymore, you just strafe left and right.

  9. Noticed while using slash shotguns like Tigris in the Void. When you kill the enemy with slash damage, 2 dead bodies are created instead of one. One is gibbed in pieces, the other is just an undamaged ragdoll.

  10. While I enjoy new parkour mechanics, one thing I find very annoying - zoom when aiming during gliding or latching on the wall. It's disorienting, works against fast-paced gameplay that gliding is supposed to promote and less than useful if enemies are closer than 10 meters from you.

I think it would be nice to add an option in settings that allows you to trigger gliding and latching without zooming in.

  11. 1. Who's next in line for new alternate helmet?

    2. Will dojo ever get kennels to keep kubros and catbros there without the need to stasis currently "unwanted" pets? Maybe allowing people with kennels to switch kubrows on the fly, like sentinels?

    3. Shall we expect any changes to Archwing in U17? Navigation is the major problem when it comes to AW.

  12. Really disappointed that you actually decided to go with gpull changes. Not only it affects the team play, it affects Mag's usefullness in general.

I understand that Mag was promoting camping and farming in a way, but let's be real here, the game as a whole promotes these things. GMag is not an issue here, design of the game is.

Not to mention, gmag also allowed other people to use companions other than Carrier.
