hud scaling makes the crosshair ridiculously big

- Icon fix is eagerly awaited
- Make the energy bar on the bottom corner blue (contextual colorization of UI elements in general can go a long long way)
- Make the reload circle larger, preferably on the outside of the crosshair
- Let us toggle the crosshair power dots in options.
- Let us scale the UI elements in options
- Let us set UI element opacity

Anyways, just some silly sketches tonight, work has got me rather drained from taking on anything super big.
Quick Rhino & Loki mask-less ideas. I was sorta playing off the hints within the codex lore of Tenno being subjected to the Void, twisting/deforming their bodies. TBH, after some thought, I think Tenno under the hood need to be more deformed, near inhuman, creature-like even, OH WELL, SKETCH GOOOOOO! Also, gratuitous Tom Hiddleson hair.

Equipped with a mechanized combat rig sporting a deadly high-caliber autocannon and a large impact shield, Cannoneer trooopers act as tough mobile gun platforms for any Grineer advance.

Regarding the design choices, it all started with this image:
This was a quick 20min silhouette exercise I did a few weeks ago, basically accomplishing: create a few random frame/character ideas only by communicating via shape.
At first, the frame began simply as "Tengu-frame" in my head (the nose, the benkei vest-ish chest lights, the winged arms); where it eventually evolved into Jet-Frame (the nose stayed, the chest lights ended up as intakes, and the large arm objects became thruster units). In the end I went for a more 50's-60's Jet Hardware approach slapping on warframe design elements all while keeping that original silhouette. Sweeping, ugly-sexy engine nacelles, intakes, multi-engine clusters, chromium, muscle.
Anyways, I can definitely see where the design could have gone full modern-day jet-sleek, though I don't think it would have ended up giving me that same Havoc vibe.

Havoc
Simple. Fast. Forceful.
The Havoc Jet-frame is built around several powerful chassis mounted maneuvering thrusters which provide unparallelled movement acumen.
Built only with one doctrine in mind: conduct lightning warfare and survival through unmatched speed and agility.
Havoc's powers all revolve around the specialized hardware built into his frame; and while other factions have developed similar propulsion systems, only the combined aspects of the Tenno Physique and Warframe energy output provide such a balance between speed and offensive capability.

Skills
1) Blitz - Upon activation, frame thrusts itself upwards, performing a flip-retroburn and propelling itself towards whatever location the target crosshair is pointed. Upon contact with a surface, Havoc slams onto said area providing a small AoE blast.
STRIKE FROM THE SKIES BROTHERS!
2) Harrier - Toggled ability, upon activation Havoc enters into a hover movement mode, consuming EN rapidly. Any movement drains EN much faster. The player can fire weapons while in hover. Pressing jump will cause the suit to gain altitude, and crouch to descend.
3) Hypersonic - Upon keypress, Havoc's thrusters engage violently. Gaining a huge momentary speed increase, Havoc leaves behind a massive wake, the ensuing sonic boom throws/drags enemies in an area along his path, knocking them down/ragdolling.
JET LARIAT
4) Circus - Havoc's shoulder units flip open revealing hidden munitions. Dumb-fire energy warheads saturate the area around the crosshair.

Feels good being the only non-sword/dagger/blade entry in the final running.
At least one person at DE looks to pierce the heav- status quo.

Still sick as a dog though, so i haven't really been able to sit at the desk and get any painting done.
So have some more Grineer silliness.
When two Grakatas aren't enough, lash 6 of them together into a minigun, then dual wield them!

I liked so much the warframe of the right, with the green energy. It looks awesome.
Just a quick update, I've been getting pleasant feedback on the green frame, so I'm probably going to work on him next!

Some of the JP player entries are my top favs from the contest.
Extra-large Expanding Beam Warfan/polearm. So much style it hurts.
Boomstick. If picked, Melee2.0 BETTER have one of its charge attacks be a baseball-bat launcher swing.
I love asymmetric arm designs, this guy's design is my favorite "claw-gauntlet" out of them all.

- New Icons: thank you.
- Power/Gun on the bottom right: increase the weapon ammo text size. it's horribly small for something so pertinent. Power icons should also have a cooldown indicator alongside the duration indicator.
- Scaling: Really isn't that good at all. Universal scaling with a UI wracked by independent scaling issues fixes not the UI
Make scaling independent based on element!!!
|-- Just add a UI tab to options. PLEASE.
|-- Crosshair: Allow scaling, toggling power dots, changing of crosshair sprite, etc.
|-- Unit frames: Allow scaling, toggling of bars, toggling of text
|-- Enemy info: Allow scaling. Too small
|-- Minimap: Allow scaling, add opacity options.
|--Objective info: MAKE IT BIGGER, colorize to match contextual priority (flashing red if defpod is near death, hue gradient shift survival bar, etc.)
