you can equip 2 arcane with helm. The issue WAS it considered as arcane helm and prevents the bottom arcane getting triggered. Luckily that was fixed.

Thats how it works since beggining. If you kill enemies with warframe abilites %100 of exp goes to your warframe but if your teammates gets kills %25 goes to warframe and %75 goes to weapons

I think it counts as an arcane helmet since you can't use 2 arcanes with it also.

If you equip dex helmet for excalibur your bottom arcane enhancement will never get activated. Even when you die with 2 max rank arcanes you will get 5 revives instead of 6.

Against commanders it doesnt matter how good you are because of their insta switch teleporting you to random location and your warframe stands for 2 seconds with no way to escape and enemies beating you to death.

Get a riven for opticor with crit chance and see the results. Opticor is my go to weapon for teralyst and i have vectis prime and lanka.
