Can confirm, i decided to dust off my Dual Toxocyst today and have been experiencing this.

Today I ran an Orokin Derelict Survival run with some clanmates, we found the vault, used the key, took the glowing object inside, and extracted ~10 minutes later (at the 20 min mark). None of us recieved the corrupted mod.

Terra Corpus - Nyx mind control makes placed beacons invulnerable

I mind controlled a Terra Corpus unit with Nyx's 1st ability, and proceeded to attempt to destroy the Reinforcement Beacon he had placed prior to being mind controlled. The beacon was invulnerable to damage until I released mind control on the unit, and in the meantime the beacon still flashed/solidified in the UI and a reinforcement ship showed up.
