  1. I like encouraged BP use because it feels far more rewarding to get your hands on a new toy when you spent some sweat to build it.

With Prestige this will feel alot less bothersome, as you will be able to use a weapon you like far longer.

PS: New players DO have it too hard though.

  2. This is a pretty major jump in functionality for the app.

Even if it were to just tell you your credits/resources and maybe allow you to check in on Foundry builds, it would still move from being a twitter intrupriter to requiring an account and a ton of information from that account.

Now adding a way for it to alter the account info? Now it's getting even more off-base.

I'm not saying I'm against the idea, but the existance of this simple app should not be the basis for a huge app related tie-in when all it honestly does is read twitter messages.

It's a far larger jump then you seem to consider.

  3.  I will never buy these, and can never recommend someone else buy them, until the Warframe abilities are removed from the pool.

It's a complete waste to pay 90 Platinum to get 2 Warframe abilities you probably have zero use for.

If you get a Warframe ability chances are:

    A) You don't have that frame.

    B) The ability is not worth leveling.

    C) You already leveled it with Fusion Cores.

It's a huge waste of Platinum.

I don't feel there is any issue with getting Rare Warframe abilities as drops, since you're not nessescarily losing anything more (it could have been a bad common too, with mod packs it's always replacing another rare).

I'm not asking for more free stuff, I am suggesting this so that mod packs are worth buying and DE can make more money.

  4. First off, I propose we give players the option to purchase weapons that would normally require crafting, but for a higher credit cost than the blueprint and crafting fee combined. The prices will vary depending on the weapon. This would allow players to acquire new weapons without needing to worry about blueprints, materials and the 12-24 hour waiting period. It would be quite convenient for players that wish to quickly try out a weapon without consuming their hard-earned materials. (Please note that when I said "New Weapons" I meant weaponry that hasn't yet been acquired by the player. It is up to DE to fiddle with the rarity and accessibility of every weapon they release.)

     That's what Platinum is for.

Offering it for credits would undermine the entire crafting system as well as the current f2p model.

  5. with the droid app you can filter them by ? alerts as well as which weps you actually care about. with a nice alert sound that makes people think something is up as you rush out of the room.

If you disable 'always notify' and have every BP/Catalyst checked, will it only notify you when there is a '?' reward?

I don't see any "only with a ?" option anywhere.

  6. The main issue is that it's horribly unreliable.

There's always a large risk that NPCs will duck into cover and not fire while it's active, or wil lduck into cover when it explodes and it won't hit anyone.

Choas kills more enemies and buys more time in every situation.

  7. Only reason I spent any money on Warframe (and I have spent quite a bit now. Bought most the colour pallets, Nyx, Glaive, a few potatos, and a Sentinal) is because I never felt like I NEEDED to pay money.

It felt like I was doing it because I wanted to. I didn't need to in order to keep up, I wanted to in order to play Nyx earlier.

I've been playing Neverwinter when all of my friends are offline as well, and havn't spent a penny on that game becuase it is charging money for basic services (a respec costs $10. No thanks.).

  8. 1.7 Million new players?

They don't say anything about if any of those stayed.

I am no doubt a part of that statistic as I gave the game a shot after it went f2p.

I also stopped played about 3 hours later and never picked it up again when I realized it was World of Warcraft with a Starwars skin and less content and polish.

  9. I think you are overreacting and doing more harm than good to Warframe. Wait until DE representative will tell us what is going on, or one of mods will get in touch with them.

Warframe is not included in G1's Marketplace, online shop is still available on warframe.com... let's calm down guys.

     Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Also it's better we make it known now that we despise G1 and hate the idea of Warframe being associated with them, then to wait and have it ingrained in the system where it's much harder to remove.

It's probably already too late, but both G1 and DE now can clearly see we don't like this idea one bit.

  10. GamersFirst is a terrible company with a horrendious track record.  I do not wish for this game to fall into thier hands at all.

They ruined a few games that I adored.

Even though many of you say it's nothing, the concept itself troubles me greatly.

  11.  Been farming Alloy Plates for most of the day (I want my Boltor for tommorow!) and I seem to have stopped getting them.

I was getting 40 - 80 per run, but the last few runs have only been Polymer and Circuts.

Is there a restriction on how much you can get in the certain time frame?

If so, what are the limits? When should I resume farming?

  12. I swaer I saw Chaos wearing off before the patch went live. I saw it on Thursday a few time, and possibly sooner. Earlier in the week, and last week, it was infinite duration for sure though.

Anyone else see it wearing off before the patch?

PS: My two cents? Nyx is my only non-starter Warframe and my most played one by far. I bought her because her abilities sounded fun not because I know one was overpowered. I fully agree it needed a rather serious nerf, because after a few solo runs I realized how absurdly strong it was. FAR better than Abrob. Even with a duration it's still very strong, and is a way to basicly garuntee a revive.
