  1. What if the challenges came out, but they never went away until you accomplished them. Then, people who really want the rewards can immediately play the challenges as they come out, but people who play in spurts can just build up how many challenges they have and then complete them whenever they want at their leisure. I do think there should be some kind of time limit for this, however. Maybe only allow the someone to have a full 2 weeks of challenges at a time. Or you could make it where you can't do the challenges after we go one week into the new series. There are many ways to keep this limited. I understand the OP's frustrations. I still think Nightwave is really cool though DE, keep up the good work!

  2. Alright DE, love your stuff, let us get this started. I was just thinking about a couple nice changes that could be kind of quality-of-life stuff that could be added.

Warframe Customization: I feel as though it would be really awesome if we could get a button that would allow us to fully reset the visual settings of a Warframe whenever we are in the arsenal.

Problem: I always come to a situation where I need a clean slate to work with when customizing my Warframe, but I have to go to every single attachment and disable it, disable the syandana, reset the skins I had equipped, take off the regalia, etc. You get the point.

Solution: It would be nice to have a button that would unequip all cosmetics as well as reset to default colours. This would include syandanas, attachments, regalia, emblems, skins, and helmets. Essentially everything. This would only pertain to the the specific loadout I would be editing at that time (cosmetic looks A,B, and C) so that it wouldn't reset all of the presets, just the one that you were currently on.

  3. Alright, so. I have been playing this game for about 3 and a half years I think, and I have over 1600 hours in the game, according to Steam. For more than 40% of the time I've spent playing, I have been using either Rhino or Rhino Prime. I love his abilities and everything, but there is only one thing that bugs me.

Whenever Iron Skin is on, Rhino Prime looks disgusting. I spent a lot of time coloring my frame, just to have it turn to one solid color. It isn't like it's a small thing either. This effect is put on his most iconic ability. All I am asking for is an option to turn off the effect, so that people who like it may be able to use it. Kind of like prime parts on skins, it would be nice to have a little switch to just turn it off or change the effect. Thanks DE.

  4.      After playing a bit of Vauban Prime, I became overly bothered by the timer that had been placed on his "Tesla" ability. This change to Vauban will mostly revolve around his first ability, but I have a couple other suggestions.

For those of you who don't know, Vauban's Teslas are affected by power range, power strength, and power duration. Range increases the distance that the teslas can shock enemies, strength increases the damage, and duration increases the duration of the ability as well as the number of charges (times the tesla can shock enemies) on each tesla. I find the most infuriating part about using his first ability is the timer. Essentially, the ability has two timers; the number of charges and the actual duration (in seconds) of the tesla. The problem is that the teslas never actually use all of their charges because the timer runs out beforehand which, if you are trying to effectively use the teslas, makes you have to run around and replace every single tesla that you had previously placed.

         1) I suggest that the timer for the teslas be removed. I believe that the only limiting factor on the teslas should be the number of charges, essentially lasting forever until the charges run out. Of course, I would keep the actual tesla limit so that you could not have 50+ teslas out at one time. I feel like this is a reasonable change; abilities WITHOUT charges get a timer, abilities WITH charges should not have a timer. *Note: Tesla damage falls off hard, so a damage buff would be nice to help it scale, but I don't care about that too much*

Many Vauban players also know that his second ability really has almost no use. Bounce is far inferior to just regular jumping, the trip laser is just a gimmick, and shred and concuss is mediocre at best. Yes, shred can get rid of armor, but there are weapons that can do it better, and much faster.

         2) I suggest that bounce be replaced with a movement speed ability and trip wire be replaced with a barrier.  Bounce was originally made to help Vauban get from place to place, but it is terrible compared to regular bullet jumping, and is usually used to troll. I propose that it be changed to an ability that can temporarily increase movement speed. Tripwire is kind of OK if you want cheap CC, but Vauban's Bastille and Vortex already have ALL the CC you need, which is why I think tripwire could become a different ability that is similar to Atlas' walls. Vauban's description says that he alters the battlefield for his advantage, but he doesn't actually have many abilities that alter the map. This 'wall' ability could be used to help funnel enemies, which would synergize with his Teslas, Shred, and Concuss. EXAMPLE: I use multiple walls to funnel enemies into one hallway/entryway. I put teslas with shred wire in the tunnel along with Shred bombs. THAT is a real example of changing the battlefield to my advantage.

Lastly, Vauban's passive is good in theory, but it doesn't really do a whole lot. It simply just isn't that strong.

         3) I suggest that the armor given by Vauban's passive is increased, as well as the effective range. The range is just too small to be used often. I don't think that it should be the same as the affinity range, but it definitely just needs to be bigger than it is.

Anyways, these are just small suggestions, but I REALLY feel that they are reasonable. I think a lot of people feel the same as I do, and I would really like to see Vauban get more uses than just for his 3 and 4. I love DE a whole lot, I've been playing for 3+ years, and I really want to see the game get better and better.

  5. I don't know if it is just me, but multiple times today I have run eidolons with different groups. At some point, either on the third or second eidolon, we will kill the eidolon instead of capturing it. I've done enough eidolon hunts to know how to cap it. Each time the eidolon died we had at least 5 lures nearby, all charged. Has anyone else run into this problem?

  6. About a month ago, I hit my 3 year member mark for this game. From when I started this game to now, there have been so many changes and so much that I think the veteran community has experienced with this company. This game has gotten me through a lot of stuff in my life, and I love seeing how much passion the developers have. I remember whenever the Orbiter didn't even have a ship area past the arsenal. The development of this game has been an amazing emotional roller coaster to ride, and I want to tell the team at DE that even though it's a love hate relationship, I love the company and everything that they do for the player base. Image result for warframe love you

During my return to Earth with Umbra, when I killed all the sentients after meeting Ballas, the game stopped progressing

FIX PLEASE READ: FIX FOR LAST MISSION BUG

During the fight with the sentients you can use umbra all you want, but KILL THE LAST ENEMY WITH YOUR OPERATOR.

This will trigger the cinematic cut scene and allow you to finish the quest

PLEASE use this to help others fix their games so that they can enjoy the quest as much as I did 🙂

Unable to finish final mission. Unsure exactly what conditions triggered it, but after killing sentients after confronting Ballas, weapons are holstered, but no progression in the quest mission

Sitting here staring at Ballas in his sheild, unable to interact or use weapons

Your problem is one that everyone is having, there is not currently a fix, but there probably will be one soon.

  13. There is a fix for your problem in another thread, but I will post it here.

    1. Login to game fresh

    2. Join a party with someone. Select a mission in the star chart. Your teammate should NOT accept yet.

    3. Go to Arsenal and equip Umbra

    4. Have teammate confirm mission and start

    5. When mission loads you should be Umbra.

    6. Abort mission, you should be back in Orbiter with Umbra equipped.

Beware, there is another bug in the last quest, "Return to Earth", that renders the mission impossible to finish. There is no fix for that bug yet.

Dude people used to do 12+ hour runs. I myself only tended go an hour because I found it boring. My previous comment was from other people's experiences.

I know people would go that far, still don't understand why they would do it. I would only go up to 90 minutes usually.

That's assuming the part you want is one of the rarer ones. Besides you don't have to actively farm for traces. What I do is farm all the common parts I want and then use the traces to upgrade my relics to get the rarer ones.

If you are farming for common parts anyways then, wouldn't old void be better? You have more chances for that in one key.

Personally I thought the Void key system was horrendously unbalanced. Sure you could get a done of parts in endless missions but what about new players who can't /won't be allowed to do them, or people who are solo for one of the multitude of reasons. The relic system made parts accessible to all people.

People like to complain about the grind of farming relics as though it's something new. Tell me this, what happened when you had a part you wanted that was only on one of the non endless missions? Say for example, I believe it was the Lex Prime receiver, the only place to get it was a t1 capture. This key was one of the rarest keys I've ever seen, as evidence by how for ever 40 endless missions keys I got I got one capture and it wasn't always a t1.

While the Void key system had some good qualities it was taken out for a reason and putting back now would not be healthy for the game.

You can easily solo those keys, I had done it multitudes of times, and you are still farming for the part you want just as much. Say you put in the work and fully upgrade your 1 relic, but you still don't get the part you want. You have to farm more traces, upgrade another one, and try it again.
