same like me every times i have downloaded the game . but every times i am restarting my computer it will happen again .. that's really annoying
i must wait for few minute every times i open my warframe . is there any solution? btw sorry for my bad english .. i am not so pro for this language .. and what am i downloading every times? even mine up to date.

i have a new problem , first forgive me for my bad english .
when i want play the game i must open the launcer , but  when i was trying to play i must wait for update , even that game is up to date .
it always do same after i was restarting my computer and open it again it will dowloading new content again after it finish i can play. but when my computer restart it will happen again. always download the files about 9 MB . what am i downloading? . is there any solution? please help me to find out this trouble .. and very-very sorry for my super bad english
