Hey I been having this bug for 3 days now:

​I'm unsure what to do and I reinstalled it on steam and verified cache on the launcher and steam..I then reinstalled through warframe.com and I cleared clache.windows a lot too and doesn't work either. 

How this happened? I left as they were adding a patch. How to fix?

HEy it isn't letting me install this update!! What gives? I tried re-installing and it says I had trouble installing it. Help!!
