  1. Ok so i got it to work at 1280x720 and have anti-aliasing, high dynamic range, dynamic lighting, bloom, and character shadows on.  Its running between 20-30 FPS.  Which ones of those should i turn off so it still looks nice but the fps is higher?

  2. Warframe

Depth of Field can be expensive for lower spec machines.

Motion Blur is situational, sometimes it can help smooth out the picture, sometimes it can cause performance drops. it's situational as to how it's going to effect you. in other words, up and down.

Anti-Aliasing is normally a big one, though on/off doesn't say much, perhaps it smart chooses the best level to use based on performance, or is just a set amount. either way i don't personally use it, though i do externally force a superior version anyways.

Color Correction will make a relatively small difference, somewhat insignificant.

Bloom is also not that significant.

now, some really big ones, but also big changes to the game.

    Dynamic Lighting and Shadows.

you may find the game looks kind've.... terrible without Dynamic Lighting on. Shadows (including Character and Global), can be a performance hit, turn off Character first before you think about having no Global Shadows. certainly will be a performance gain, but like Dynamic Lighting, the game might look quite... nasty.

one of the biggest things you can do though, is Resolution. unfortunately this is also the biggest impact to what you'll see, but if you play Warframe fullscreen, lowering the Resolution can dramatically increase Performance. at the cost of the game looking much lower detailed as you lower the Resolution.

Warframe will not open below 1280x1080p

  3. First off the Cernos needs a buff.  Badly.  Starting with only +30 impact damage it is the weakest of the bows, even though the arrow head its self is more damaging.  Also with the arrow head, that large of a head would cause the arrow to drop way more that what it does in the game at the moment.  Plus, with that kind of a head it should be dealing a lot more than 30 base damage.  Think about it, a large plus shaped hook slamming into a Corpus at around 240 miles per hour (trust me, I know how fast my arrows go as I am an archer) would not only blow a hole in the impact zone, but at least cause massive knock back.  So my suggestions for the Cernos:

    1.  Buff impact damage

    2.  Increase reload and draw back time

    3.  Add knock back with each shot

    4.  Increase drop over distance

This would make the bow stronger, but also it would be slower and less effective at very long range.

All of my reasoning is based off the look of the arrow itself, so anyone has any input, feel free to share.

  4. I had just finished fighting the Jackal and I went to check my foundry and there was nothing there. No materials or blueprints.  I checked my inventory and every thing was still there.  This happened to my friend too.  Anyone know what is going on??
