    This is a game about combat. Having abilities that make combat either trivial or non-existent means you are making the gameplay trivial or non-existent. I have no issue with stuff that just makes you really good at fighting enemies - like Wukong's clone proving extra firepower, or Harrows big crits on headshots - as long as they mean that you're still fighting enemies, engaging with the core systems - playing the game.

    A game where you don't need to engage with the gameplay is a game that has significant problems.

    Most people have yet to do a 2hr run in warframe are the ones crying about nerfs. High lvls require your skill as a player no matter the frame. Not every player can play every frame well on top of that so really no need to nerf anything ever. Player look at end game stats competing not understanding game modes or player roles is the problem. Some players can make a dps frame a defense frame just because of knowledge of the or skill or turn the roles on any frame to suit the situation thats why theres a modding system. At the end of the day you can only go so far even the best players, step yah game up.

    Nothing should be nerf unless it breaks the game literally, otherwise if we find cool gameplay mechanics hidden within the art of being a tenno then we should be allowed to keep them and given new enemies that contend with that gameplay mechanic. Which makes the game progressive.

  4. As a new player you fear and respected the stalker,lol. Now as a vet or just a causal player we need a respectable foe and game play mechanics. Could it be possible to have a villian that captures your warframe from inventory if knocked down ingame, to recover them we have to break them out of containment. Also have the villian able to lock your ability that has to be releveled if knocked down. Yeah, the nemies system coming but be nice to have a new villian outside of stalker and wolf.

  6. Escape and evade

    Restrictions: weapons or warframe will be unlocked unless you choose to destroy guarded antenna.

    Must make it to point A to B in set time limit.

    Being spotted raise difficulty quickly.

    Penalty: if knocked down the warframe is capture. [Note: captured warframe lead to nxt game mode]

    If captured that warframe ablities will be locked or reduced until you take the side rescue mission of breaking it out of the a faction stronghold that has a chance of a random boss encounter.

    Transportation decon

    Restrictions: must move a container that has the augment of all dragon keys. If playing in team match if others come in 10m range they will also suffer from one of the deficiency. While holding container health does not regenerate. Putting the container down for 8sec will cause it to explode contaminating party. 

    Note: Contaminated warframe will have abilities turn off randomly or suffer from effeciency until side mission is complete.

    Obtain antidote from faction stronghold random defense or extermination mission. 

    Restrictions: weapon procured on site fraction,e.i. faction weapon restriction; if infested melee only.

    Into the Abyss 

    Restrictions: Any mission type random rifts open during the mission causing complete darkness, your warframe ablility or weapon will be increased or decreased randomly. If you fail mission or bleedout that frame is drawn into the void. Side mission to escape void is random 3 random boss encounter. Note: That warframe in your inventory will suffer from slow bleed during missions until side mission is complete.

     

  7. Yeah thats the common way of dispatching that enemy but at higher lvl the glass should be harder to break as to create the panic as the discussion is really about. We need enemies that create a sense of urgency and mitigation as we have in the eary ranks of the game if you understand the concept. 

  8. New players have a health respect for the stalker when he shows up and your underpowered but then you realise hes just a push over. DE could you reintroduce this tension for player at higher mastery rank with either a new foe or institute countermeasure to add the enemy in combat against us. Theyve been fighting us to long to not have better tech at thus point in the confrontation. Nulifiers are general but make the counters specific to which frame threatens them. Example sayrn toxin could be weaker against nox since he has the suit and dispatch more units dress for the threat. Gives us compounding probably to mitigate as a team. Give nox a sequence that a stealth frame like loki, ash or ivara could disable from behind to expose him to sayrns toxin. Also if its not to much can we get a enemy animation that shows a frame being brutally dismembered like we do our enemies. Great job on the work you guy do as a team, you guys do alot of things right so you are to be commended for your effort of making a great game that we as a community expect to get better because we know its possible with the talents you have available.

  9. Enemy concept: all faction have snitch, which reports which frames are in mission. Kill him and the ops team wont come.

    Ops team deal in capture of specific in game frame. 

    Ex. Loki invisibility  can be exsposed temporarily by a grenade orb. Thinkings in general that makes it hard for that frame but easier for other frames to fight.

    Appeal this concept to unplanned game mechanics unless it all together breaks the game. Let use keep unique game mechanics we discover in the game that make it fun.

    Nuking the world was fun but we could have deterred it in a more combative and creative way.

  10. Short stories using game modes as content is simple and easy. Long as they keep the stories simple and within continuit of the universe its not much of a strain for them as a team. Hell a intern could get tge mode of the ground and would be great to fill the void between content.

  11. Warframe has a deep lore that often goes unnoticed by the casual player. With the addition of the comics and new game modes available DE could implant a ongoing quest story arc between updates to keep player engaged through bi weekly playable short stories. These shorts will also allow them a greater build up to massive content drops that are anticipated by the community taking advantage of what they do well already. Its cool to get these nic nac updates between major content or frames but this could be a intuitve way of pacing keeping game retention higher. Right now we are followings the story instead of being actively progressing it through gameplay. Loging in as a tenno should move our story along if you get my point.

    This is a simple option...only draw back is pushing your desgin team to be more creative when we do get a new frame. In reality everybody playing a reiteration of ea frame ablility w another frame...radial blind or sand in your eyes. So how would this ve any different...at least at the end of the day DE will make new innovative frames and game play mech. Push the envelope...dont think another gm developer wouldnt copy tge model and add greater changes. You have to do it first so the cant beat you to the punch.

    Warframes are designed around particular themes (A sword, a venomous plant, a shard of glass) or mythological figures (Nezha, Wukong). They do not need to have separate genders. You have your Tenno for that.

    Thats why the feature could be a toggle in the aresnal just like weapon holster, simple. Its the option to do so that matters and if they make it purchasable or farmable then great. 

  14. They gave us a locker rm snd your complsining about time wasted...ill take the reskinning of the frames as far usage of time. They could easily hv a toggle switch at arsenal with male or female build, im sure its already underline written in programming anyway. They should hv a streamline wrk flow by now...if not thats on development team. This also makes design of new frames more refreshing.

    Speaking from my experience with TERA, if you get too hung up on your character's gender, you're not gonna have a good time at all compared to playing a character/class for their actual kit. If I were so insistent on playing only characters of my own gender, I'd have never discovered how fun Gunners, Ninjas, Brawlers, and Valkyries were, and as far as this game is concerned I'd be stuck playing one third as many Warframes as I do now.

    I hv all the frames it would be nice to run frames visually different, just another fashion frame. They could hv us pay for a mod slot...id would for all my frames just for the deversity. All the frames are based on excal anyway so dont be fooled its not that hrd or a stretch for this feature. This is DE after all. He"ll they spent all that time on a bs war rm at least lets make use of it now with this type of content. Take my plat but also hv a way for other players to farm it. Mastery rnk players could use this...some time the opposite gender design wrks better and would encourage that purchase and not a total over hall just the model.

    Maybe a set mastery rnk option to gain more points to mastery rank, resource, player trophies or other content.

  19. New exilus mod prism radar allows for ariel enemies to be located on map in a different color, green dot. Where can hear the incoming fire fight but it rakes a second to orientate yourself after scanning the skies.

    Challenges are part of game development, take a course or two in game art and design. The feature would bring customization and revenue to the team. Note tennogen has modeling restriction to allow out side source to design for them, so they like input. It boils down to the support tge feature would recieve. If it happens just make sure you by pass it, hate for you to full feel a selfish feature of customization that we already have in the game...smart guy.

  21. Challenges make you great...D/E, if this was easy we would have childeren developing games. Theres way to make this possible and it would bring more revenue for the team. Every frame is based off Excalibur anyway, just give us parts male and female that work within a given perimeter. We can all ready use otger frames animation so why not be able to switch part, they can design it to do so.

  22. Its a long shot but consider designing a warframe that allows us to mix and match parts helmet, chassis, legs and arms. Have its blueprint attached to a quest or event. Give use the first option to build the first layout on completion of mission. Then have purchasable part in market and tennogen available. Lore wise concidering nidus as being and incomplete frame this could work to justify the concept design.
