I was substantially outraged as I was told by discord and others that it was free.  After much digging, to which support was no help, I contacted my bank to make sure there wasn't an issue on my end, because wouldn't that be embarrassing?

It turns out, they have processed the payment on my side (meaning I've paid) but discord has not on theirs (meaning they haven't collected), leaving it in pending status even though I've been charged.  So to be clear, I've paid, and I don't have my product.

This means that I've now lost 4 hours of WF playtime to this, going back and forth with support, to still not have the items that I bought the pack for.  That four hours could have been spent enjoying the new purchase, and instead is spent being frustrated by discord support that is almost as bad as warframe support (because at least they responded, even if they were useless).

At this time until discord gets their stuff sorted and makes this accessible for the warframe community I would not advise anyone purchase this pack.

To be clear, this isn't a warframe issue, this is a discord issue, though warframe and DE did decide to partner with this company, and frankly I don't fault them for that because until now I had always thought of discord in a very positive light myself.  I've enjoyed their free services for a good year now and I have never had a problem before this.

So far this experience has left me feeling very frustrated as all I wanted was to pay 10 bucks for some plat, boosters and skins, which is seemingly a great value... but with all the added hassle this has turned into a huge debackle and wasted hours of my life that I'd rather be grinding out something in warframe.  Instead I'm left with having paid, not gotten what I wanted, and instead going back and forth with support personnel that are functionally useless and have yet to resolve the issue.

So far this experience is very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it until discord gets it sorted so that they firstly, immediately collect payment (I have a charge on my account with my bank, they simply haven't collected the money) like literally any other gaming vendor (I have never had this kind of problem in many years with steam, to include supporting warframe many times), and secondly, that they allow a simple import rather than a full download from their servers, especially since the game additionally doesn't look as good through discord even though I've substantially fiddled with the display settings.

A big part of the enjoyment in warframe is the aesthetic and it's a let down to be forced to be seeing it in subpar quality so that I can get my product.  As such as soon as this is resolved I'll be deleting warframe from discord and putting it back on steam, though I will give their service a fair shake before I cancel my subscription, but seeing as how I only really play warframe anymore even though I have 1000s of games in my steam library (many of which are the same ones they have on nitro) I probably won't keep the subscription unless they have plans to add Anthem to the roster next year, which I'm tentatively/hesitantly excited about.  I'm hesitant because while I certainly have my criticisms about warframe, DE (minus their customer support) really is the gaming company that shows they respect the gamer and their experience, time and money, and EA is about the polar opposite, and while bioware had a decent rep, they certainly squandered a lot of their public relations capital with their last release.  That said, I'm curious because the game "looks great" from a healthy distance, but then again, fallout 76 looked really great from the previews too, so... we'll see.

Either way, not recommending this until discord gets their ducks in a row, which is a shame, because warframe should be supported and this seems like a great value on the surface, just not in practice.

Just wait you can't trade that plat either.
