[Archwing bug on Eidolan]

I'm having some problems with Archwing on Eidolan from yesterday. When I go into Archwing, I then can't get out. Usually I press melee but now it does nothing. I'm able to hold F to get my melee weapon out but then can't use it. I can only get out by being shot down, dying or flying into the water. After this, I then have issues with movement, like having to press buttons several times before moving or having to click several times before being able to shoot. 

I'm not having these issues on any other missions and I'm not sure what to do. I've tried going into operator mode and back and restarting the game and PC.
