(It's not on the Archwing tab but under Miscellaneous I believe, just search for Segment on the All tab.)
I checked every tab and my inventory. nothing has the archwing launcher. and I still can't replicate the blueprint from my dojo

So I heard this was an issue and no one has been able to do anything from various sources, so I wanted to see if anyone in the main forums has a workaround for this whole thing.
The version of the game is Xbox One Update 24.8.1 (The most recent one so far)
Basically, the problem is that I wanted to make the archwing launcher, but I can't thanks to the blueprint needing the launcher segment. That's where the problem starts. The game won't let me replicate the archwing segment since apparently I already have it, but I can't craft the launcher since it still says "Archwing Launcher Segment Required" and it just won't start the build if i try anything. I don't recall if I ever built the segment and used it, but i can't replicate a blueprint or make the launcher.
Just to confirm everything else works: I have all of the materials, I've completed the Chimera Prologue, reached Mastery Rank 9, and unlocked every node on the map at this point. I dont understand why I can't get this thing that I should've been able to get since MR 5. It's almost as if the game broke. Restarting the game doesn't change anything, and i doubt switching clans will either.
Is there any chance anyone knows how to fix this?

Please... All i can say is GIMMIE. dont make this an exclusive, give this to all warframe platforms like the prime packages: Available to collect in the void and through prime packages

Nice choice (even if i prefer blades over all). Curious question just because... I dont think Xbox One has seen much of an Excalibur Prime. Is there any chance that we get to see it or is that just forever to be lost to in time and space? I'd actually love to see that warframe in action

I think theres a flaw for this update... The grineer manic doesnt spawn like usual. not like the new Manics in the Tyl Regor assassination mission, the regular ones that spawn on random high level missions. I have tried every answer possible from alert missions to waiting in a mission long enough till one spawns. ive been working to find one for two weeks and i couldn't get it to spawn. Before the update, they spawned once in every high level grineer mission. then i come back to see the update and now i cant get it to spawn anywhere. I think something is wrong with the spawn code, so that may need to be looked at because I cant get the Ash Warframe parts now

I originally posted this in players helping players to see if any other players had an issue with this, but I haven't found any help yet and it's been bugging me
To restate the problem in case you chose not to read the linked post, I cannot construct the archwing launcher, or replicate the blueprint for the launcher segment. I already finished research on it, got all of the materials to make it, I am currently past the required Mastery Rank (I'm at MR 9, the launcher needs MR 5 or higher), but the problem still stands with the fact that I can't make the launcher. In the foundry, when i go to select the blueprint, it reads "Archwing Launcher Segment Required" and it just doesn't let me begin the build. Additionally, I believe I built the segment already as I cannot find it in my foundry under any tab and I cannot replicate the blueprint from my dojo anymore. I feel like something happened in which the game cannot verify the status of an archwing launcher segment, or it does not know whether or not I installed one. If there is anything that can be done, any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
