About 50-75% of my thrall executions have no sound effects during the animation sequence.

[Friendship door fail]

Started a public exterminate (thrall) mission as a solo player. Approached a friendship door just as another player joined...on the other side of the door. I wasn't able to get passed the locked door because we weren't on the same side to activate the two panels.

[Frozen Chat Tab (POE)]

This bug only seems to happen with POE.

How it happens:

• send a message to my squad in POE
• finish the mission and leave squad/return to orbiter 
• POE squad chat tab remains (frozen) and I can't cycle through the other tabs (recruiting, clan, alliance, etc). However, I can still minimize the chat box.
• I must start a new mission in order to remove the persistent POE chat tab

[Impassable Corpus/Infested Ship Doors]

Sometimes I encounter a door in infested corpus ship missions that won't open (yes, it's the right door). The door will open for some squad members, but not for others. Other times the door will only open for one person, trapping everyone else behind it and forcing us all to go AFK so that one person can go to the extraction point and finish the mission. Very frustrating.

[Can't Claim Relic Reward]

I collect all ten reactant, but I can't claim a relic reward. In a squad of four, only three rewards pop up. It seems to happen when someone enters then leaves the extraction point before I have collected all ten reactant. I've lost out on lots of rewards because of this. I've also seen this happen to other players, too. The reactant counter clearly shows they have collected 10, but there are only 3 end-of-mission reward choices.

[Reactant collected, relic equipped, No Reward?]

I've experienced this, too. I collect 10 void traces and I don't get to choose a relic reward (yes, I brought a relic). I've also noticed this happening to members in the squad I was running with. It seems to happen at random and not on any one specific planet/mission.

Yes, this happened to me at least 5 times within an hour. Extremely annoying. Eventually I just quit playing.

I was testing out some builds and noticed that my health wasn't being restored by the Rejuvenation Aura. Anyone else have this problem?

[These Pillars Man]

Me too. Specifically, I get stuck in the pillars with the several small hexagon shaped holes on one side. I've gotten stuck as both Rhino and Loki. The tile set doesn't seem to matter as I've been stuck in these pillars on Grineer ships and asteroid bases.
