    Energy Drain...im Confused

    Efficiency effects all powers completely.

     

    TOGGLED powers, such as Valkyr's Hysteria and Excalibur's Exalted Blade are considered channeled as they are drain-per-second abilities that can be toggled on and off by casting and re-casting them.

     

    The new duration-efficiency on them works on the toggle powers in that they in theory increase the time between drains, but ACTUALLY decrease drains per second equal to the amount it would have been reduced to if the drains were further apart because each drain has a longer duration before draining again.

    So when i was playing with Ash today i noticed some changes...apparently energy drain is now changed and im confused...how do we reduce that energy drain or that power cast because apparently power efficiency does not have effect on that.Correct me if i am wrong and please explain me some stuff

    Ash Prime because it's my personal favorite warframe and you have dread so it can be used on solo missions and he deals damage too unlike loki...
    Loki is good too but he is more team player and doesn't have damage dealing powers...you should just go for what you like the most...

    T3 Survival Farming ?

    Where is the best place to farm T3 survival ? I just can't get one of those...Trying to farm out that Ash Systems for a week and can't get in T3 Surv mission and if i get in i can't get the item...so i wanted to farm some keys first...and if anyone wants to help im playing on PC so feel free to add me...

    I could give you this : akbronco bp,ankyros bp,boltor prime barrel,burston prime stock,bronco bp,fang prime blade,Hikou prime BP,Nova Helmet BP,2 Nyx Systems ,Paris Prime String,2 wyrm systems,wyrm cerebrum and last Soma Prime BP

    Ofc i will not give you all the stuff...If you have both items we can make a deal and u can choose what u want from these parts and bps and same is if you have 1 part that i need...

    It would be cool to make that...I already got some ideas...
    1.There should be open water missions whitch have some fish that u can scan or catch
    2.They could make some fishes adorable like kubrows (because we dont want to have some creepy alien fishes right ? XD)
    3.They should be diffrent tipes on diffrent planets (might create robotic looking fish)
    4.Create food for them or smthing pretty much kubrow system
    5.And might get like if there would be open water you can have like huge fish like your companion

    Soo...I heard that void keys will be removed...does anyone have more information about it ? 
    and how is that going to work because in void you get all prime weapon and warframe parts...

    And is this actually true ?
