I've been experiencing this bug for years and I think it is time I finally report it.
I play a health taking mesa build that uses hunter adrenaline + quick thinking along with arcane grace and medi-ray for infinite health and energy regen.
Problem: When Mesa is using her regulators and her HP goes to 0 - her abilities bug out and cannot be used anymore. You cannot turn off the regulators - you cannot shoot the regulators anymore - you cannot go into operator - you cannot do anything. I need to stand there until I go down and revive for everything to work again.
