[cant do anything]

yesterday my mouse cursor appeared on my screen in the middle and forced me to exit the game due to me not being able to do anything. i exited and reopened the game and it was still a problem, i couldnt even click the exit game button. then i decided to uninstall and reinstall but its still not working. any help?
