Bit of an over reaction. I always use Ivara for Spy just fine. In fact quicker than every player in a public mission and I hardly even used the bullet jump as it didn't seem necessary and was a small unneeded risk if you mess up the input.

If you leave your Operator on a moving platform and then go about your business in your Waframe, the next time the platform moves you will be teleported to your Operators last known location as your Warframe as if you had fallen out of the map.
This happens on Corupus elevators. Grineer defense missions where the pod is on a moving platform such as Hydron, Sedna.
It happens every time so it is easy to replicate.
Just activate your operator on a Corpus elevator. Leave your Operator. Move as far away from the elevator as you like. Then have someone activate it.

This needs attention. It's like 50% of the time I get this step that it bugs and halts progression.
Including the fact that getting Kullervo to spawn is way too low and then you aren't even guaranteed to be able to complete the mission because of this bug is ridiculous.
Please for the love of god put a failsafe on all these chests so that they reset after a minute or something. This was a bug that appeared on Duviri launch and its back AGAIN and DE doesn't have the initiative to add failsafes with how common this stuff is.
