  1. Working as intended!

The momentum stacking guide above is fantastic for learning how to go fast, but it's also important for navigating levels. The new Corpus tilesets are difficult and awkward to traverse. Cheesing the large gaps using bullet-jumps and ropes, as well as remembering that every time you scale a wall, your bullet-jump is reset is essential for quickly getting around awkward sections of the map.

The first video is just awkward navigation markers. You don't see the way to go, it's actually above where you quit the mission.

The second video is an intended, constructed area. No trolls or sabotage are involved, that portion of the map is designed and intended to look like that. It's to challenge players to get used to the parkour and movement system that you should be able to do at that point in the game. Momentum stacking isn't needed, nor does it particularly help in that section, but knowing how to use the movement mechanics properly gets you across a lot quicker. If you're struggling to do movement, taking a frame like Ivara or Zephyr will see you in good stead if you struggle to cross large gaps.

I wish you the best of luck, bro, but this isn't a bug I'm afraid.
