[Valkyr eternal war not working]

When Specters of The Rail arrived valkyrs EW broke.  After i activate hysteria when i get a melee kill its not increasing my buff outside of hysteria for me but its do to my friends even after my buff went of they sad they had the buff and the timer increased after every kill but i was unable to see it in the player list. I know some pc player who noticed this bug too. Valkyr is my go to warframe and i hope it gets fixed soon
