[Stuck in operator mode when crewship destroyed.]

I entered a grineer crewship while completing a mission in Gian Point, and entered operator mode to hack the console and drop the shields around the reactor. As i was in the hacking screen the crewship was destroyed. I was kicked into space and was invisible, but was still showing as having my amp as the weapon, could not do anything but move, could not use the chat or esc, even caused the rest of the team to be caught in an infinite loading loop when they tried to leave. when in the mission complete screen I could use the chat, but could not close the mission complete screen, or exit the squad. Had to alt+f4 to get out.

[Vox Solaris Mission Bug]

During the quest mission for the 'Biz' where you have to rescue his operatives from a corpus prison, I attempted to hack the panel to release them, and after doing so, it bugged and will not release them, I cannot try to hack the panel again, please find the attached screenshots of the bug.

[Stuck in progress & Rewards screen (Hellas, Mars, lith fissure, exterminate)]

After completing the mission objective and going to extraction, saw the warframe get into the orbiter as usual, then a pitch black screen in which i can still hear the sound effects of corrupted enemies shooting, shields going down etc, etc, after tabbing out and then back into the game, there was the progress and rewards overlay, but it was above the normal game, which was same as usual underneath, could bring up the menu, fire, use abilities, the whole lot, but no longer had any objectives, and couldn't extract any more.

If possible I'd be very grateful if there was some way of either getting the relic back, or crediting the mission rewards and a random item from the drop list.

As I was still in the mission I decided to just pick up some more items, and the new items were reflected in the mission rewards from the menu, but not the bugged overlay, I was also able to scan a fragment which I was certain I had already scanned in the mission previously. I also found that I couldn't abort the mission from the menu, and had to quit the game.
