  1. With the Venus Update coming and map being 4 times as large farming for resources will be a little more difficult. Will mods like thief's wit, animal instinct, and loot detector help in finding mineral deposits or will there be a specific mod that will come out with that Update. I say this because in previous Devstreams, Steve has said that there will be and expansion/improvements in the current systems that were introduced in Plains of Eidolon.

  2. DE, you guys have done a great job so far on the new update. 

    My only pet peeve about it is having only 100 cap on my void traces. This has be be increase may be to 300 or more 

    Here is my reason

    • When refining artifacts, I don't want to do unnecessary farming again just be cause I don't have enough void traces And refining artifacts would be so much more efficient cause it would feel less of a grind

    It is precisely they needed to create the cartoons to condition the tenno to put on the the warframes (shackles) easily. Plus the tenno are powerful to destroy the orokin even with out the warframes. 

  4. The Stalker is an enigmatic character and have plague many tenno (players) with low drop rates of certain items. We know a little bit about him.

    Here is what we know:

    Hates the tenno to the extreme

    Blames the tenno for the tenno rebellion against the orokin

    Pro orokin

    Possibly a tenno 

    Has been awake the whole time (no wonder he's a bastard)

    Here is what we dont know:

    The transference process

    Complications from the transference process

    The circumstances of his fall

    Now with all of these stated  I postulated that the stalker is the accumulation of all the negative tenno personalities  (not the whole personality of a tenno, only a small part) and has matured in the many years it has been active

  5. The big reveal of the second dream quest is without doubt one of the most impacting things that has ever happened in the game. Now that it has been several months since its release and I now feel at ease to talk about its implications it has to the lore of Warframe.

    What is the inspiration of the Warframe?

    We all know from the second dream that the warframes are basically conduits that channel the tenno's vast powers and that they are built by the orokin to weaponize the tenno against the sentients. We also know that the tenno are using the method called transference to control the warframes and that the tenno are basically children. So it made me postulate that the inspiration for the warframes come from cartoons that the tenno watch when they were in a secured facility where ""transference is being developed. The cartoons themselves could be specially made for them or your regular programs that the orokin children normaly watch. These were used on the tenno to ease them in the "transference" process to make them believe that they are the person in those cartoons 

    Thoughts anyone?

  6. Death marks have been part of warframe for quite some time. The only problem is that the death mark for stalker is quite confusing for both new and veteran players.

    • For new players: they don't understand all of the mechanics and significance of the stalker mark
    • For veteran players: it is hard to keep track of which boss to kill to get more 

    Also when stalker appears in a mission, it is hard to stay composed enough to find out which boss is he avenging when you have a ton of enemies around wanting the same thing (your tenno blood).

    So please DE can you guys do something about this?

  7. Lunaros just came out for the PC. I have played a few games of it and it is quite fun. Now what do you think should be added to lunaros in the future (the game itself is fine for now)?

    For me I would add some:

    Maps, Mods, Mechanics, Lunaros passives for warframes 

    The last one, the passives, is for evening the playing field with the waframes with the different warframes

    So thoughts anyone??

  8. Everyone can agree that mag's power, polarize, lacks a certain scaling (especially in the sorties)and has been the source of many rants on various social media sources and in-game. To which i would agree to a certain extent meaning that mag being unable to completely remove shields is a totally crime. Now that we have that over with, let us discuss her being OP with the proper squad. As the tittle would suggest, Mag's compatibility with Nova is just indisputable. Nova's ability molecular prime not only buff's Mag's polarize damage by 2 times  it will also detonate upon enemy death which will trigger a chain reaction that will clear about 85% of the enemy in a very very wide area. Those that survive this will be weakened considerably by Mag's stripper ability and the slowness of molecular prime  (if applicable). Another Aoe waframe or with the weapons can finish the rest with a 2x damage buff of molecular prime 

    (this works on sorties)

    Thoughts???

Ever since the I've played the Second Dream, The question "How really big is the liset (landing craft)?" has been in the back of my mind but was buried under the massive revelations of the Second dream. Now I know that the liset has expanded its interior and will continue to expand with the soon to be released "The War Within" as evidenced with the infestation inside my ship. Also the release on the other landing craft and the scaling to the liset made me postulate that the landing craft is not the one where the tenno resides. Rather it is more like a delivery system for the warframes and arch-wings in the field. Now the tenno resides in a kind of a hub or relay (mother ship if you will) and that is the interior we, the players are seeing 

  10. Ever since Mag's rework, People have been ranting online and in-game about how mag has basically been neutered by DE. While I find that these accusations and mad ravings of my fellow to be not completely unfounded. I still think that DE was on the right track but has somehow veered off. I do commend them for trying to synergies the warframes abilities. The majority of these rants are about the statistical changes on polarize which was mag's bread and butter against the corpus. Having a base damage instead of a percentile damage does exclude it from the nuke status that it has previously enjoyed (against the corpus).

    Here are just some of my suggestions to just take the sting of:

    • Having polarize affect shields and armor on a percentile damage and have a base damage towards the health. If they have armor or shields the damage on health would be base but if it is just health it would be percentile that is reduced compared to if it was shields or armor. (thus making the tittle mag the stripper true)
    • Having the augment shield transferrence possess 3 effects 
      • Corpus = overshield
      • Grineer = a weaker version of iron skin
      • Infested = small healing buff
      • For the corrupted all 3 would be in effect but it would be much much weaker 

    Now I know this does make mag a bit op but it all depends how the value are set 

  11. Here are just some of the things that i want for damage 3.0

    • To be able to mix and and match my elemental combos
      • Ex: Viral and Gas in the same weapon
    • Elemental status procs Should have both a physical and statistical manifestation
      • Ex: Viral = reduces overall health + Slows down enemy movement by 30%

    Guys what are your opinions? 

  12. Exilus Slot what is it really used for?

    Well from what i could see, they are mostly used for utility such as movement speed of the warframe 

    DE should make some of the  mods as exilus mods 

    These mods are:

    augment mods
    immunity mods
    utility mods 
    Here are some of the reasons 

    1. In the late game [in later planets, sorties, T3 and T4 missions, and on some nodes with higher tiers (Earth: Orokin moon)]. these mods are basically not used. The the ones that is mostly used are the corrupted mods to boost the warframe's abilities
      • Evidence of this is mods of the builds that i have seen only you health. shield, power, and augments 
    2. With the advent of the new Star map as said by Steve  in previous DEV streams  environmental hazards are listed so it would be nice to to have an extra mod space for the immunity mods. The element procs of enemies have increased so it would be nice to have a counter for this.
      • Evidence of this is when i was doing a grineer Sortie 3 survival mission with radiation hazard. The squad was basically wiped out by our own ash who had a radiation proc through bladestorm. 
      • Another event is a toxic ancient basically owning me with toxin procs 
    3. With the augment mods in the the exilus slot you gain an extra mod space which will create more powerful builds. And would balance the mod usage.
    4. Plus if this happens there will be more farming involved for affinity

    well considering her power now affects grineer. she could steal it and it would only be a percentage of the armor on a singular target so that it will scale and am not saying that mag should be completely invulnerable just really, really, really, hard to kill.

    well 

    Viral = movement is slowed line nova's molecular prime + health reduction 

    Gas = toxin damge on range + blind for a short amount of time 

    blasts = knockdown + reduce enemy damage for a short amount of time 

    Corrosisve = removal of enemy armor + low chance to destroy main weapon (like loki's irradiating disarm)

    Radiation = Enemy confusion +  upon death small chance of radiation proc released in a 5m radius (once target gets the rad proc, the tenno can continue to hit to increase) (oh and the target has to die when in the middle of the proc duration or it will now happen)

    Granted this only works only for the melee not the primary and secondaries.

    It all depends on the amount of armor mag gets if it is enough to make here almost invulnerable that would change the game 

  16. He's great at sortie rescue and defense missions 

    Resue:

    you and the detainee can be basically invulnerable so you can literally so the mission

    Defense: 

    As you know in sortie defense, the subject is a live person so limbo can keep him alive by sending him to the void 

    and help you teamates alive by going invulnerable through the void 

    I just wish he can do it to excavators too but that would make him a bit op 

  17. The elemental  combo systems has a major loop hole. That loop hole is major elemental combos are fairly limited. For example, When i have Viral combo in a weapon I can't have corrosive combo. The only way for me to have both is if the weapon already has one elemental combo installed.

    Here is a suggestion: 

    You can put 2 of the same elemental mods in one weapon but the the second one will not count unless you have an elemental 

    Ex;

    (toxin + heat = gas) and toxin - good

    (toxin + cold = viral) and (toxin + heat = gas) - good

    toxin and toxin - 1 only counts 

    So what you guys think valid 

  18. With Mags rework, there have been many drastic changes in the use of her powers. Before you guys take out your Sydons and Vaykor Heks and start burning down tenno relays, I'm here to talk about her 3rd power polarize and the mod that goes with it. (Although I do agree the fixed damage thing is crap) 

    Now that Mags power can affect armor, it only stands to reason that the mod [Shield Transeference] should also affect it. So no overshield just and insane amount of armor

    Thoughts??

    Here you ask for CC on all procs, but you made no mention of that in the OP.  

    What you say is true but I'm taking about status procs on melee so you have to get up close and personal and that is not always good thing when you have 30 enemies barreling down your path especially when they are level 80 to 100. Especially when it is the corpus with their nullifiers and bursas  

    all im asking is a bit of balance in terms in the combo procs

    I say they are fairly similar because they affect the health of the targets 

    Also as far as the effect of combo procs go, blast has the only physical effect 

    Sure gas procs can affect groups but is mainly affects the health values of the targets 

    All I'm saying is that there should be as physical effect and an effect that governs the opponents stats 

  21. As you tenno should  know warframe is like a living organism, it grows and evolves. Now the cross-hairs are the only things that has not changed since the beginning of the game. Now the cross-hairs should receive its own rework. I say this because we have a fair mount of weapons that have special mechanisms. One of them is the dread. I'm not saying that every single weapon should get a specific cross-hair. I believe that each weapon type should get a special cross-hairs that should help with the aim and there should be an option for those who are visually impaired to change the color.

    Am I wrong here or is it too much to ask
