I've noticed this as well, the reticle comes back when you pause and resume but disappears again if you aim

Will the recharge delay upon fully depleting shields also be added into the UI?

The decoy is cast directly above the player for all subsequent casts after casting it near enemies; also sometimes inconsistently occurs randomly at the start of missions (might have to do with targeting?)

The gauge appears when going to the escape menu and then returning to in game. Disappears again upon zooming/aiming.

The UI shows the heavy attack windup time to go up when you add a heavy attack wind up speed increasing stat.
This happens for mods and incarnon evolutions.

After casting, the rumbler spawns correctly as intended, but when its duration finishes it dies and then I am unable to recast the 4th ability to resummon it. The ability is stuck in use. (Using the titanic rumbler augment). Problem persists with regular Atlas. Problem also only seems to apply in Kuva siphon/flood missions.

Shield recharge delay for fully depleted shields

The UI currently only shows the partially depleted shield recharge delay value, it would be nice to see the fully depleted delay as well under it!
