  1. While doing Thermia Fracture event, Limbo's abilities in certain pocket areas in Fortuna would become unmodded while in others would be modded. i.e. Duration for stasis would go from 41s to 15s and cataclysm from 82s to 21s in certain location and return to normal in others. 

    I'm not sure if it was caused by archwing but when revisiting areas it would cause the same issue.

  2. Garuda's LoS issue is similar to Khora's whipclaw upon initial release where it was inconsistently hit targets even within your aim and the fact you could not change target mid-cast. It is definitely much worse with Garuda as her abilities needs be charged to cause significant damage which along with the movement restrictions down to walking feels just terrible as she's mobile or maintains agility with 1-3 abilities but it's charging the 1st and 4th that messes it up as her shield only blocks in front so if a grineer sneaks up from behind and you turn, her 4th will likely choose where you had initially aimed when you first charged.

    There also seems to be a bit of an issue as casting 1 having the springboard animation causing garuda to fall through the map usually when it involves stairs and "hilarious" interactions with walls and ceilings at times.

Now that spores do not spread upon death, Saryn is even more energy hungry than before as recasting spore at high damage tend to near insta-kill the target before you've had the chance to pop or even kill the target to spread spore again or wait till spore decays down to acceptable damage that the infected doesn't die immediately. You're sort of locked out of your ability as too high of a damage you'll need to constantly recast on a single target. I'm hoping for a mechanic to say spread spore at diminishing range or damage value every time say halved each target killed by spore, though this would need to be further playtested and I would like to see melee toxic lash energy regen make a return since it would promote a more active saryn playstyle.

    Toxic Lash is non-toggle ability, this locks saryn out of using certain playstyles such as concealed explosives because of her own ability. Your solution only causes Saryn to expend 50 energy repeatedly just to avoid dying to what essentially is caused by your own ability, which you do need to use to pop her spores like old Saryn or take your time to aim at randomly placed spores on enemies or kill the enemy(which can be a detriment given you need a target to continuously spread spores).

  5. I played a good amount of time with Saryn and I love her since she wasn't so heavily focused on a 4th ability and spores were cast once and forget, and getting back to the gunplay. This is especially true given the option of not requiring energy maintenance like most DPS frames that continuously need recasting. I do agree about the strange learning/research about figuring out the underlying mechanics, very much so when it came to her spore.

    I'm looking forward to most of these changes, however I am having mixed feelings on spore damage being switched from viral to corrosive as it's another addition to many warframes to strip armor yet when fighting armor reinforced enemies(grineer) even during sorties 1 her viral spores became useless. This revisit, if all or most of these changes make it into the game, I can't wait to test it.

    The community is indeed great. I've had very helpful responses to my queries on Frames.

    It's also apparently very..."loyal". There are lots of people here suggesting I am the one with the problem. Y'all know that's pretty weird, given the problem, right? Being new to the game, this strikes me as more than a little cult-y.

    I don't usually browse the forums but I haven't seen a lot of disconnection issues outside of loading in/out of the new PoE update prior to today's server crash issue. My internet isn't the best or worst and does often disappear from time to time, and haven't experience anything as frustrating 

    hm, I guess you can call it "loyal" since many including me see DE having good reputation. They often host weekly streams of current developments, WIP builds and future changes to the game, so they communicate with the community and (sometimes) listen. With all that it kind of creates an "understanding" between developers and the community, and I do recommend if you can is watch their Thursday/Friday streams(there will be chances to win Plat/Prime Access prizes) and the casualness that goes during just promotes a healthier space.

    The community has also been known to "RIOT!" or panic when they do dislike something being changed though so it's not they'll take every change with a grain of salt. I will also be in the group "be patient", as unlike other MMOs the developers are willing to speak/share directly with the community rather than have a community manager simply manage.

  7. well there's 2 good things already, the community can be great and is helpful and the fact you enjoy the game. As for the whole "consumer advocacy" I haven't seen any unfair business practice or abusing rights to warrant it. If you ever read the PC update forums, you'll always have several people reminding DE that there's still things that need fixing almost every single update. Warframe servers are at DE's headquarters so you'll hardly see downtime for maintenance, extended maintenance or 12hr server crashes. Server crashes are never planned. I have barely witness any server crashes for Warframe unless it was a DDoS attack caused by a player, but I'm going to guess this time is caused by the new update. 

     

    As for the disconnected four times since Friday, within the few hours each day you've played. Just to check are you sure it's not the internet on your end? since if your internet disconnects for just a moment it'll log you out.

  8. mm i think even with prime flow, for a caster frame with a oddly limited CC 425 (maxed P Flow) is a bit low, course you could sacrifice duration using fleeting expertise but she can burn through her energy pool pretty quick as her 2nd's buff starts out low and needs to be stacked, while her 1st just needs constant spam to be effective CC. Her 3rd can be good if it works as intended but so far a couple of enemies have ignored the balloon or it takes a couple seconds for them to lose aggro.

    Her 4th is fine it's just the conflict of mods since you want range AND duration, so throwing on Narrowminded/overextended just throws the rest of her kit off. but if you choose max eff with some duration it becomes 1.68 energy/s which is good.

    I'd like to see her energy bumped to 181(500 w/ P Flow) or generous 200 (550 P flow). Titania is in Saryn's position before she had a prime treatment, though strange how Ivara gets a wopping 263 base energy pool.

     

    P.S. Her casting speed is horrible so you'll need Natural Talent

  9. Against the kick option, as most people will not AGREE with kicking someone as say you need majority vote of 3/4 to avoid troll abuse. Well the 3rd guy thinks you're the troll for initiating the kick or doesn't want to kick another player so you'll spend an entire match initiating vote to kick leading to more toxic/frustrating teamwork. If it became 2/4 to kick then it will be abused.

    The way for me to solve AFKers/unwanted leechers would be do 1/3 of the mission then quit the mission and no one else gets joined in and stuck with that person, though it also punishes the other two players but if they want to carry that person it's on them.

    Simaris could keep the feature of scanning and possibly go the mile and also do synthesis scan, while it won't save it from it's syndicate counterpart(if it becomes a thing) as it has better stats overall and a syndicate proc.

    If they do go with syndicate melee, then i really can't see an alternative weapons for Cephalon suda other than to copy cephalon simaris.

  11. dont worry, DE can fix this easily... MR6 secondary, MR12primary okay next up MR18 melee, there now maybe 75% of the playerbase will keep using heliocor

    I hope we get a MR24 companios/sentinels synoid helios anyone, you'd get to proc 2 syndicates at once~

  12. instead of just a vault of sorts and having to withdraw and deposit items everytime just have a "exclude from foundry" option or if not a cancel build option the first 10 minutes. 

    as for the other reply, people can make mistakes, at times i build things by mistake due to network has slowed down or network is not responding, and find the one i selected was the previous item i hovered over and confirmed.

Hey guys, 2 weeks ago I was able to play lunaro completely fine and using dash melee attacks however recently for some reason my Quick melee and Melee button (mapped to Right stick press) isn't working on gamepad, it works completely fine with keyboard's E. It's not the gamepad button as i'm still able to melee in PvE just fine and have remapped the button to other spots, however switching to lunaro seems to disable it for me.

    This has been talked to death on the prime vault announcement, but Prime Access - Accessories only is $50, containing a syandana, sugatra and 90-day boosters. Now if you were to say warframe, weapons with the accessories then there's still the 2 90-day boosters and 2790 plat difference.

    If the prime unvault had twice as much plat, I can see it worth it as it takes around 1040 plat for 90days of one booster. Though we are getting  spoiled by plat discounts as $50 would only get 1000 plat at regular. This pack is pretty much saying the frame and weapons is worth 880 plat( 2 90-day boosters is 2080plat)

  15. with the opening of Prime vault, the prime weapons and warframe will be back on the drop table temporarily. It's only the accessories that aren't (yet somehow prime kubrow collar is allowed), so it's OPTIONAL to buy the pack, unless you want the accessories.  

    Edit: the bright side is, you get what you paid for rather than gacha/mystery boxes for a chance, A CHANCE of getting what you wanted. Though really would love to see a accessory pack only.

Need to have a 5 second safe zone for team when serving once they've been scored upon, having the opposite team jump out of ring before scoring then rushing back with only bullet jump in without giving the other side a chance to pick up the ball can be exploited way too easily. Either the couple second safe zone or shove the scoring team to halfway court.

  17. I don't remember listing any impact mods but I'll go with no, since the War has a good crit and stat chance at 20%/20%. I found myself using 2 elemental mods since it can pull out ahead overall above pure impact...(though i've yet to use a max prime heavy trauma)

Normally this would be in the "players helping Players" sub-forum...anyways I'd pick it up as you can just check it off the list, a few of my guild-members held off on buying the pack since of the rumor of a "future farm location for War" but it ended as simply a rumor. I use the War over the Scindo since a lack of impact dmg melee and Crushing Ruin Stance just doesn't fit my playstyle.

  19. Synoid Simulor wouldn't be great since spore cast distance can be 70m+ at max range and even if you did use a molt to cast spores on you'd still need to either recast to spread more or get within range of your enemies. 

    personally for my Saryn's spore/rage/molt I use Rakta cernos(alt, is the tonkor or penta depending on play-style) for it's Viral syndi proc and energy restore as it's my secondary I use to spread spores.  My most used spore build weapon is spira/hikou prime with concealed explosive with gas damage proc for toxic to go ontop of spores viral( spira for less ammo burn).

    concealed explosives + gas proc is great for when you need to sacrifice accuracy for speed/DPS although it can cause self-damage however you can just recover using molt. A great bonus is that it's silent and can allow for spore popping through obstacles/walls.
