    Patch Too Slow.

    I think its the nature of the patch system in place.  Some games use a torrent type system when your speed is a combination of the main server distributing the patch along with other users providing their speed to help it along, which shares the download load among a large group of computers and peers.  Others just have a direct download that is dependant on the main pipe coming from the main distrubution server (the ones at DE) which are then limited by the provider in use.  The patches for the most part are fairly small so your downtime is not terrible, however a progress bar for the new content download would be useful.  Could also be a lot of people in a certain time zone all hitting the patch servers at once along with trying to restore the main website after it went down briefly that is affecting your overall speed.  All in all there really isn't much you can do to speed it up, so I just make a sandwich while I wait.

    Hello,

    After farming for 4 days frost blueprints, I finally got my helm just now as soon as I picked it up and it said it was a helm, the host disconnect which caused our game to turn black and my game crashed. then I look in my inventory and the helm blueprint is not there?

    is there anyway I could get my helm back or is it lost for good and I have to farm for 3 more days?

    The thing with Nyx and defense missions is (same as Trinity and Bosses for example) you only need 1 in group. Stacking them won't make you safer nor clear the waves faster. You need strong DPS to not fall asleep after wave 20 waiting for mobs to punch / shoot each other to death. Either Loki / Ash to help dispatch elites, and of course you need solid ultimate AoEs - Crush / Sonic Quake, maybe Miasma (even if it doesn't outright kill high level mobs, it still stuns them for 5s at end of effect which is good).

     

    I guess, I'll build her and supercharge her as soon as I get another reactor, gotta use this one on ash

    Solo or Co-Op?Solo you need good weapons (obviously depends what systems you're leveling in) because you have no escape mechanism, and there's not enough mod slots (2 forced polarities) to get marathon / rush etc for better mobility. You will need good shields / HP and shield regen. Can ignore for now skills 2 and 3, max 1 and 4, add reach helps both skills.Co-Op, use the knock to ress peeps or push melee away from cryo-pods etc, spam ultimate whenever there's more than 5 mobs etc.Very good looks, alternate helmet looks hawt too.

     

    I play solo and online both.

    I have hek fully moded and superchargedakbolto supercharged fully modeddual heat supercharged fully modedshould i supercharge her as well? I have an extra reactor, I was going to use it on ash.

    I think she's useful, if you invest into duration for her Sonar she can be a great asset for high level defense missions.

    Her Sound Quake can clear pretty much everything that isn't Ancients/Heavies

     

    Sonic Boom isn't anything special, but it can be nice to harass melee bosses and ancients with.

     

    No reason not to build her if you already have all the parts lol

    well, imho, Frost is a Rhino but more fun.

    -he's a bit tankier than Rhino due to his slightly higher armor rating.

     

    -his skillset is amazing for solo or online play

     

    -his 1 skill freezes an enemy solid for 10 sec as long as they dont take damage. perfect for fighting bosses if one of your squishy buddies goes down and you cant pour on the heat to keep the bosses shields down (shields dont regen while they're frozed either)

     

    -his 2 is a high damage, straight line shot that just looks awesome to go along with the damage

     

    -Snowglobe (his 3) makes a little baby fortress for your team to hang out in and kill stuff without the danger of being hit by anything, and anything that actually walks into the sphere gets slowed to near-uselessness

     

    -his ulti (Avalanche) is a massive AoE that pretty much one-hit KO's anything thats not a boss.

     

    -HE WEARS A FRIGGIN CLOAK

     

    Frost is my favorite, so I may be a little eh...biased here
