[Cannot update game.]

I have this as well, for two weeks now

 

[Blocked my ip]

So I'm having a problem when trying to open the launcher, whenever I open it it says "downloading content", but it never downloads. I could only update with a IP changer program and it's aweful to play online with it. 

I've saw in forums people saying that DE blocked their IP, but I'm not sure yet, though it seems that is what happened. If someone has another method, please tell me.
