Allow me to try and explain.
Lato Vandal and Braton Vandal were Beta tester rewards, never rereleased until just over a month ago, with the release of Sanctuary Onslaught and Khora. Of course the player base is going to go nuts over them, especially since Lato Vandal is one of the best secondaries in the game. Stack that on top of the "rarity" of the items, as well as the new Peculiar mods, which people like, and you have yourself a hoppin' new game mode. The parts for those two weapons are, of course, going to be worth more than the majority of arcanes on the market, because the supply is low (since the game mode came out very recently) and the demand is high (because they are so coveted for both their power, and their rarity). Arcanes have, as you said been around for a long while. The supply and demand has stabilized, with the supply slowly growing larger as the demand becomes sated. Not to mention normal Onslaught has the possibility of giving you a brand new warframe, and Elite Onslaught gives you Radiant Relics for free.
This is basic economics, dude.
As a side note, I just did a drop chance comparison. The three most coveted Arcanes from the Hydrolyst, Arcane Grace, Arcane Energize, and Arcane Barrier, each have a flat 5% drop rate, as indicated by the wiki.

Lato Vandal Barrel, Rotation C, Drop Rate: 2.21%
Braton Vandal Barrel, Rotation B, Drop Rate: 4.42%
Braton Vandal Receiver, Rotation B, Drop Rate: 4.42%
Braton Vandal Blueprint, Rotation C, Drop Rate: 2.01%8 Waves of Elite Sanctuary Onslaught, at 2:30 per wave, gives us a monstrous wait time of 20 minutes for a single C rotation. And even then, over half of these pieces are less than half as likely to drop than the most coveted of Arcanes, and are still worth less than half as much.
This means that in 100 20 minute rounds of Elite Sanctuary Onslaught, you would, at the most, be able to expect perhaps 6~8 total drops, with the help of some quick maths.While on the other hand, doing 100 Tricaps (which take much less than 20 minutes when executed well), you can expect to see anywhere from 13~17 of the three most valuable arcanes (at 15% per kill) which, not only sell for more, but are more abundant.
Let that sink in, because it has come to your door with statistics. Your entire argument for "Arcanes aren't worth as much as EOS Rewards" is total malarkey.

Do you even consider hunting them challenging content? If they aren't then why?

But I forma'd lanka 6x and chroma 3x used boosters to get resources for the amp I was going for. Bought some forma packs with plat I earned in game n boosters to lvl them boosters for 2x fish n gems/wisps. I took along break since christmas an basically went into catch up mode getting harrow, trin and volt up to snuff.

Do what is fun in the game for you man if you want loki prime go get him if you want nova prime find out how to earn platinum and buy a set.
I suggest doing vault runs search it up they're the lowest requirement to do for sizeable platinum gains.
Sick of starcharting? like these tryhards are telling you to do just do what you find enjoyable about the game.
If you let people tell you how you have to play the game it becomes a chore and not an enjoyable experience.

Honestly they should have stayed in the raids if you're going that way. I enjoyed those too I got all the archwings and I knew jv very well energize was 400p+ on xbox then.

You might want to rethink your speaking points. First you say the Arcanes are good. Then you say they don't drop enough to warrant the effort you put in to get them. And then you turn right the heck back around with "the eidolons are hemorrhaging [Arcanes] into the economy." What the actual
, man.
Also if "wasting time" is something you're concerned about when it comes to eidolons, then buffing your frame is not the answer. You should be fully focus'ed out (at least with Waybound Zenurik and Vazarin, with Madurai on more than half for the Waybounds and Void Strike), you should have all the Arcanes you would need on your Operator, (Magus Husk and Magus Vigor) And your choice between Virtuous Strike and Virtuous Fury for your Amp, which should be optimized, as well. Taking down the Eidolon's shields without these is absolute torture, and takes much longer than whatever throwing ridiculous amounts of platinum at could solve. You cannot buy Focus with plat. You CAN buy the Arcanes you'd need for plat, but according to a certain website these arcanes would cost you... Dearly... A conservative estimate puts the price tag at an astounding 1200 plat... which you already dumped into something not quite as useful. I doubt your wallet can handle that much right now. Better get to farming.
Nice wall of text, first off I have maxed madurai. All I am suggesting is making eidolons more rewarding arcanes have been in the game ever since arcane helmets it's time for something new?
And by me saying "wasting time" it means shaving off about 5 minutes per eidolon kill so we can atleast 2x cap so doing the trip is worth trying instead of eos.

Tbh I never have liked the arcanes most are very situational and only activate on certain circumstance and alot of them are useless.
Im just frustrated the stuff I like to do isn't even rewarding while the things I don't like to do like eos drops parts worth more than majority of the arcanes.

If they dropped something valuable everytime (like tradable riven transmuters) it would cease to be valuable, meaning your complaint of not getting anything valuable would.... you know... not change.
Not if its something people would consume on a regular basis.. like I said in the op? Riven transmuters wouldn't be worth alot in the beginning bc so many people already have them, but people that don't have the ability to do eidolons or even get to hydrolyst would buy them.

I am well aware you don't have to spend 1k platinum to hunt eidolons I spent the plat to be a well geared person to not waste people's time cracking the weakpoints. If you don't have a good mod setup with a decent riven you will take about 30 - 50secs to crack a weakpoint which is slow and you won't be chroma with that group anymore. (I bought my riven for 400p).
the other plat I spent is for getting setup to do eidolons quicker because arcanes only drop in price over time because since they aren't behind raids anymore and the eidolons are hemorrhaging them into the economy since people can pull 4 cycles in one night now won't be before long you see arcane energize at less than 100p.
All I am saying is that the hardest (argueable) team content in the game requires such setup as you need amps, focus, forma'd out builds to have any chance of completing atleast 1 cycle a night atleast as the chroma player or rhino (lol who brings him for this??).

I got nova prime as my second warframe, but the times were different back then cause you could join void missions with no keys and earn rewards.
I turned out alright I got almost all frames now atleast 20 of them.

Arcanes are good rewards don't get me wrong. Then the shards we turn in for focus are great.
However I feel we should be getting abit more for our investment into eidolon hunting because I have probably spent atleast if not more 1k platinum to get towhere I am a decent chroma for hunting eidolons I have captured 17 hydrolysts and the best arcane I have gotten is barrier for the %5.00 drops.
Just wish the eidolons dropped something of value all the time or make the shards themselves treadeable cause when you max your focus out thats really all you could do with the shards maybe that's not the right path to take cause so many have shards built up. How about making the riven transmuters tradeable?
Need something worth some value incase I get *$%@ arcanes.

Thats actually a good riven one - that boosts the other 3 stats i would say just sell it for about 200p however that is a nice roll for a sniper.

Well it'd be fine you'd just regular crit, galatine prime I got is 20% crit base with the br, bc, fury and berserker put it on valk with warcry augment with fury and arcane strike you won't find a weapon that big swinging that fast.. lol red crits all the time too.

This the test you gotta shoot the balls as you run to the end? If so just use a fast fire rate weapon like soma hold down the fire button while you run.

I just rolled my lanka riven and I hunt eidolons with chroma
the roll I can keep is cold electricity and cc
the roll I got is dmg fire rate and cd.
anyone got any input on the one I should keep?

Lots of frames are great for melee users, though 🙂 Saryn is, for sure, as is Volt or Valkyr.... Can't really think of a frame that DOESN'T work well with melee. Think it is primed bane of mods a full set of those, machete wraith, supra vandal, and ki teer color pallet.

First join a clan any clan with the orokin lab most clans will have this.
Next join the clan and build the clan dojo key so you can access the dojo this takes a day to build sucks I know.
Go to the dojo ask where the orokin lab is so you can get the dragon key blueprints get all 4 of them.
Make 1 of each requires void traces to craft.
Ask in recruitment chat for vault runs like this "LF vault runs".
This is how you obtain corrupted mods they have a positive and negitive stat they are very popular among all players.
Mods to look for are as follows:
Blind rage, transient foritiude, fleeting expertise, narrow minded, and heavy caliber atleast on the xbox all of these mods easily sell for 20p at minimum and if you get the right host they will put all the derelict keys up mostly the rest of the mods are garbage, but some people ask for depleted reload sometimes.
I like running derelict captures for vaults in my spare time when not hunting eidolons.

You can run this riven with 3 others. I suggest using frost with a big chilling globe. You can cast 3 globes at a time which covers akkad pretty well just join that node with 3 others. If you have limbo cataclysm and stasis melee.
