  1. well I was going to say something else but I saw you were a pc player so yeah your only options are Baro, syndicates, and conclave lol in terms of not spending real money or plat... The conclave sigils are definitely top tier

  2. The Eidolons don't really look like they'll be centered around the normal combat we're used to... Sure we've only seen the ship, but I'm willing to bet the fights are all Mechanics based, After all, Doesn't Eidolon mean a ghost / apparition? I'm willing to bet the new focus weapons will be the only things that affect them... Can't really kill a ghost with a shotgun, or conventional means.. Maybe the ships we take down with our frames / archwings, then the actual Eidolon must be killed with the operators or maybe they dont die, just keep reappearing til night ends... After all, Can't see them just bring in focus weapons to kill normal factions, Not really too excited to kill a grineer with an Operator, I can still do that now..Being FORCED to Kill an Eidolon with my operator after a tough battle though, different story.

  3. I'm all for them up'ing the requirements on Primed weapons, after all, the Nikana Prime is sitting there at 0 MR requirement yet the Dragon Nikana sits at 8, Makes no sense. Realistically, The primed weapons should be the highest MR requirement weapons, with syndicates 2nd highest.. Most regular weapons should reach a maximum required of 11 or so...

    Two more weeks, maybe three.

DE should be submitting a build to cert this week with a release next week or the following week.

Between the Harrow quest and the Earth tileset rework it'll probably be a 10GB+ update.

Great,This means yet another game must be deleted for space :-( Can't wait to see how big Eidolon is GB wise lol

I dunno, not much makes me go hmmmmmmm anymore.

I think the closest thing to make me go hmmmmmmm, is when im still trying to figure out why people are trying to learn how to do spy vaults during Sorties where we need 3/3 and failing because "I'm still learning spy vaults" is not an acceptable answer.

Well you earned my +1 lol

  6. I mean, it's that high because, that's all you really needed for it, it's already a monster :D Console doesn't have the rivens yet, but best believe the Zenistar will probably be price tagged around 1000-1500, and the atterax will be a close second... Not 3000 because you can't effectively spam spin attacks or anything like PC can.. But those two there I knew they'd be high priced on all platforms - Side note - Top roll Kohm rivens are like 1500-2500 on Console so... Lol

  7. Although it hasn't happened, and may never happen, I could definitely see it happening under very very specific circumstances, like maybe 3-5 years down the road if things take a terrible turn for the worse on consoles and they plan to shut down the console versions completely, and the PC version is still decently active (but could use players) with alot of ideas left.. maybe a one time migration over to PC as a saving grace, it'd probably be expensive on their part, paying sony + micro per account, but then again would THAT many players really even do it? a risk/reward investment, but the worlds all about business, it could happen, Never rule anything out really lol, although they'd be the first and only to do it.. I'd say you have an equivalent chance of getting 2 legendary cores in a row in sorties ^.^

Just this: Remember the Original Destiny and its RNG, Crucible and, must pay, DLC.

And now... "All the progress you made in the first game are null and void."

Lmfao, that was already the case early into Destiny 1, every DLC the gear you spent hundreds of hours grinding for were made null and void, Anyone who actually thought their D1 characters were getting brought to D2 with everything they had was wishful thinking.. That's just not how this Bungie-Actvision demon works, they WANT you to "start over" every DLC, play everyday, every week, spend lots of money, and leave you in the dust if you aren't a constant player, If you leave Destiny too long you will not only have to knock down a paywall, but also you really kinda come back empty handed, Least on Warframe you can come back to plat that'll always be there.. The money/time you spent never becomes irrelevant on Warframe.

Subjective title aside, it's time I finally faced the facts. This game, from the start to the end, is the same thing. Shoot, run to extract, shoot, run to extract. There is little variation on anything. Even playing different frames feels the same. Whenever a new or interesting mechanic comes out, it's either a gimmick (Operators), worthless (2/5 focus schools), or non-functional/troll heavy (Limbo, and I really like Limbo). This isn't a slight at the devs, I couldn't have done better and I think they're doing their best. Lets face it though, even attempts at reworks just end up being more of the same. Archwing was the last totally new thing we got and it was awesome, the possibilities were awesome! Supposedly they're working on it, but it flopped. Majorly.

So there lies the crux of the problem. This game is boring. At least for me. I don't think I'm the only one, but if I am, woops. I mean where is the variation in gameplay? Even new powers are functionally the same. Generally there are 5 categories. CC, Buffs, Damage, Utility, and Mobility. That's what our powers generally do. And they're effective, sure, but are they fun? Maybe for the first couple of months of gameplay, but after that? I mean a lot of us have been at this for 2, 3, 4 years! All we do is shoot, or spam E to melee. I mean a lot could be accomplished if just the Melee system was fleshed out, or if the FoV was able to be altered just a bit more! But instead we have grossly powerful weapons where we hit one button and everything dies until the level gets so high we just can't possibly do it anymore. That's not good game design, at least not in my opinion. We need fixed level design. Let me play on beautiful earth with level 100 enemies. Balance our mods and weapons around that. Set a level cap, and balance around it. It'll be hard work, but it'll pay off. Vary  you're enemies. Make parrying do something. Let me open up a melee only enemy for finishers by parrying at the right time. Oh wait, did you guys know we can already do that? It's never apparent, and there is almost no purpose to it. So give us purpose to our mechanics. Make charge attacks work, make channeling worthwhile, make deflection viable, allow varied gameplay instead of this tired meta.

DE, I know you're trying hard, but as a long time fan of the game there are some glaring problems that need to be fixed. I've been ignoring them for awhile assuming better things were on the horizon, but it's important to point this out now. The direction the game is, the direction I think it's going, it isn't fun. Not for me, and I'm willing to bet not for others.

Take Black Desert Online. I've been playing that game for awhile. That game is more of a grind than this is. It's awful, yet I love that game to bits. The gameplay is fun. Combos are flashy, taming horses is fun, farming, fishing, crafting, it's all there and all interesting. What's stopping Warframe from adding something new? Something varied? Something to do that isn't just a new tool to do the same thing?

I sincerely hope I'm wrong and it works out. I hope it's just me that has found this game to be boring.

There's other stuff to do.. Go make plat, become a merchant, raid, build a clan, build an alliance, if the base game missions aren't doing it for you, explore the more technical sides of the game, yes the game gets repetitive, but it's a free to play 3rd person shooter what exactly were you expecting...

Oh. That makes a lot more sense.

Actually, in-game content has always been canon. Things like Affinity Boosters, boss respawns, and revival systems are proof of that.

But how? If the comics came AFTER the game established the lore? The comic stemmed off the game, the game laid the foundation for what the comic is, without Warframe the game, the comic would be non existent unless DE had decided to make the comic first, which was not the case.

The story seems weird at the moment but it mentions "hints at future updates".

I'd say everything except ingame content is canon lol, I just mean the actual storyline that the quests provide, but they're a cool side bonus, that's just how I feel about every game that has a situation like this though

Arcanes are big bucks plat wise.  They are the only thing that has seen prices steadily increase over the past year plus.  DE seems to be nerfing most other plat revenue streams, but not arcanes because they have been neglecting raids.

Anyways, raids are lame in general.  I've done LoR a bunch, as part of a semi recurring group and as an EV Trinity for hire (always gets the invite.)  I've never done Jordas.  Too hard to find a group.

    1.  You need specific builds and team composition, not much room for experimentation or error.

    2.  You need a large group and players willing to teach.  Not easy to find.

    3.  The Jordan Precept raid actually requires you to attempt and fail before you get the blueprint for a necessary piece of gear.  Not surprisingly, no one is willing to take on players without the blueprint.

    4. Time consuming.

    5. Lag is a problem (more for PC I hear).

    6.  One a hole, drunk, stoner, or noob can mess it up for the entire team.

??? You get the antiserum injector from your dojo lab, and the fragments required for building it are farmable in Infested Salvage, Oestrus, Eris. They used to only be available in JV, not anymore, but once you build it, you're good to go forever infinite uses.

and leave all the formas, resources, credits, pigments donated? and all the time spent doing this just because the personal reward is locked behind a clan score?
400 are not so hard to do as solo (i mean, you need 850 to buy everything) but if someone don't have the time to grind and only wanted the weapon (+ maybe sigil/emblem) because all the mods are going to be obtainable in like 2 or 3 weeks... well, that's ton's of grinding, maybe he have to spend all the time he have to do wf playing the same mission for ambulas just for a weapon, that's lame imo

Yes or open up and recruit because imo there's NO point in a solo clan, actually, it doesnt even make sense to say a "solo clan".. You cant have a "solo clan" in every other game to date, there's a minimum players required to upkeep or start a clan or else its purposely impossible to do... the point of a clan is to group up, come together and bring people in under the same goals and achieve it together, so either you build and recruit your own, or fall into the ranks of someone elses, I seriously don't understand these anti-social lone wolves that create a 1 man clan (which shouldn't even be possible in the game) then complain everytime a clan operation or big research weapon comes up, DE is making the game so people have to leave their dead clans and come together with other actives, or in the case of these "lone wolves" open recruiting and make some friends or disperse and join another clan, OR face 3x more grinding and sacrifice getting clan oriented rewards because they wanna be a "solo clan" and can't stand the thought of having a minimum of 3-4 more people in their clan working toward the same goal as them.. Lol see how much 1 man clans don't make sense?

THIS IS THE ONLY THING I HATE AND DESPISE.

Im in a dead ghost clan (dead because of bad decisions DE has and continues to make, such as this), but will not leave it as its my clan outside of warframe.....THE ONLY THING that should be tied clan stuff is the leaderboards....not an actual lock for a weapon :|

there is also the fact that you guys dont understand numbers for things like this...I literally just spent the past 2 HOURS doing pluto missions...and I only just now hit 100....im tired of this, no matter how easy it is, the grind is WAY too much for a solo player.

    Join another clan ?
