these are exclusive mods, if you're actually playing often enough to get all of them, then kudos, awesome, proceed with your 100% proc chance.

I agree 100%! I feel that if we put our efforts in to pass an event, then we should be benefitted with advantages over players who did not.

So we already have the +60% for Toxic damage, +60% Proc Chance for those who have been able to acquired them during the Cicero Crisis.
Now, with the introduction of dual electric mods for the current event, is it possible to expect dual fire mods and dual ice mods?
This is a possibility. However, if it was to follow this trend, would this give (If all 4 mods were used, plus the lone status mod) wouldn't this give us a total of 255% proc chance? Don't forget, we still have Hammer Shot (40%) for rifles, which adds up to 295%. We also have Stunning Speed (10%) for pistols, adding up to 265%.This would easily give weapons with ~15-25% status chance, when paired with Split Chambers (Hell's Chamber, Barrel Diffusion, Lethal Torrent.) a healthy dose of procs every time it is fired.
Rifles (With everything) -
-590% of 7% : ~ 41% proc chance
-590% of 10% : ~ 59% proc chance
-590% of 15% : ~ 89% proc chance
-590% of 25% : ~ 148% proc chance
Pistols (with everything) -
-530% of 7%: ~ 37% proc chance
-530% of 10%: ~ 53% proc chance
-530% of 15%: ~ 78% proc chance
-530% of 25%: ~ 133% proc chance
I personally would love to see this happening, before you say its OP, you should remember that only certain weapons have these proc numbers. Second, it would take at least 6-7 mod slots to achieve these percentage, and the 8th slot would be filled in with Serration, Hornet Strike, etc. Besides, these mods are given out during events. Players who actively participate should be able to benefit over those who did not bother playing, no matter what the excuse was...

Sigh... Time to gather 2 other people with Loki and Volt... With Speed Boost (30%)... Rush (30%)... Speed (50%)... total of 110% speed boost bonus. If a "noob" like me can handle this... then what are you?
>inb4 Group speedruns the mission while you lag your &#! behind because jumping and parkouring in this game was so viable as a method of transportation in the first place.

Melee 2.0 is coming up soon. What weapons are you guys most looking forward that will be reworked? Personally, mine would be the longswords. Why don't you just guarantee an entire bar to be filled in? I feel like Half way is a bit game breaking, everyone would be farming it and maxing out serration and other high level mods very quickly.

In my opinion, the test for mastery level 8 is way too difficult. No where in game is the complexity of the test applied to. For example, the shift of side running to running upward, all while aiming to shoot. Perhaps this is not a problem for people with a remote and keyboard. However, I play on a laptop and have access to a PS3 controller. It is near impossible for me to pass the 2nd platform.Thank you for reading. Hopefully, this problem will be addressed by DE.

Just my interpretation of a Grineer civilian. Broad shoulder, hunched over, to kinda represent the degradation of cloning over the years. Small tubes to represent the need of artificial equipments to keep them alive. To be honest, this is a really bad drawing, but I was just trying to practice some cross hatching. So, please tell me how you think this is. Thank you ^_^.

I've been attacked by the Stalker today, twice to be exact.
I was fighting with a team with pretty high level (7-8 etc.)
Stalker was too easy to kill by myself.
Cuz when it's going good, it's going great.
How I felt when I killed him:
Jump to about an hour later, jumped into a game with like Noobs and like, beginners.
Kills my team and I in about a minute, I S#&$ you not.

So I was on Survival, Cambria - Earth, grinding for the mod, "Streamline." After playing for a while, lo and behold, it drops. Obviously getting what I came for, I finish off the game. After the game, I went into my mod screen to fuse it. But to my disappointment, it was nowhere to be found. Nowhere. I have checked very clearly, it is nowhere to be found. I have spent hours, trying to farm this mod (Sad, I know). I know I can try to get this mod again, but grinding get extremely tedious when you're going for a single objective. Can someone help me? DE? I'm sure this is a bug, this isn't the first time that this has happen to me. Thank you for your time reading this.

Yeah, and many high quality mmo requires subscription or you paying to win. I am not selfish. I am simply stating a fact. Those who were incapable of completing any events are at their own fault. Cicero Crisis barely had to do with RNG. Almost every session contained a Jade leaf and a couple lily. Repeat this process 4 times each night and day cycle, and you're set with the solution. You could easily make both antidotes.
