[Sortie Rewards - Possible Bug?]

So I've done the sorties over 8 times since finishing the War Within quest and I've gotten 8 Anasa Ayatan Sculptures in a row.... IN A ROW. Is this a bug or just my terrible, TERRIBLE luck? I haven't even gotten endo or anything else since this mission... ANYTHING else would be amazing at this point... These drop rates for other items can't honestly be that rare?

Changed my launcher language and it downloaded 150 MB file and then it stops exactly at 18.8 MB

Changed my game settings to 32 bit and it downloads around 7 MB of files... And then it downloads something else and you guessed it - 18.8 MB

This is the same issue I'm having, changed the settings to 32bit and mine downloaded a bit and then it stopped again at 7.4mb :(

I went under options and unchecked the 64x bit option - download has resumed for now
