My suggestion is don't "fix" what isn't broken. This update has a lot of unnecessary changes, and if they are going to change everything from the map we use to launch quest to how we move in a game mode (Archwing) then they should at least allow players to choose a play style or map style. They could have added void fissures AND kept void keys for more options. They could allow you to pick which map you like better and toggle between the two. They could let you choose Archwing old style or Archwing new style. I see no reason for them to force grand changes like this on players.

Thank you for this! I could complete all spy mission tile sets with no problem except for the 1st one you showed. I found the 2 control post to shut off the lasers in the room, but coul not find anyway into the room once I did that. I always failed it. I don't know how i missed the 3rd control post in front and above the door.

I'd try updating your drivers and disabling overlays.
BUT! I did disable the steam overlay--this is the only thing I changed--and it loaded up just fine!
This worked for me! Thank you both so much!!! Disabling Steam Overlay (Which was always buggy in Warframe for me anyway) allowed my launcher to finally NOT crash!
Only problem now is making up for lost time from the event as well as the soon to be vaulted Prime items... Probably too late for both but I gotta try!

Im very upset that I missed Razorback and even more upset I didn't get to finish farming Rhino Prime! Also upset to be missing out on login rewards and syndicate standing, the new holiday event items, as well as all the items I was getting ready to craft. Oh and also missing out on fun.

I agree Ivara is difficult! I have but one of her parts so far, but I also have not been grinding for a week like you, I hope you get her soon!
Also I have not seen the Stalker as well. I got owned by him when I started in November last year, I was a level 24 Excalibur and did not even know who or what the Stalker was. Now I know and im ready for him and the coward won't appear...

I am having this problem and I did not update to a new form of Windows. I am currently using Windows 7 and have been playing Warframe just fine until yesterday. I think it's the game having a problem not your computer.

Same problem here. Was working fine Thursday. Then yesterday I tried to play and as soon as the launcher appears an error message also appears saying, "Evolution Engine has stoped working." I verifyed my files and it's still happening...
Guess I cant participate in this Divine WIll event OR try to get Rhino Prime...

I was using the bow Paris on an alert rescue mission. I faced against a Drahk Master who took it from me/knocked it out of my hands. I finished the Drahk Master off and went to get my bow back and I noticed the icon for it on my screen was abnormally far away. I went towards the icon and every time I got to it it would show that it was still further away. (Just like it does for objectives or enemy who are in that general direction but are not exactly on that spot) I kept following it until it took me all the back to the start/drop off for that level. There I was finally able to pick up my bow and use it as normal.
This is not necessarily a game breaking bug, but it is very annoying and time consuming to back track an entire level to use your main weapon again.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? I searched for other post on this topic already and found none.

Maybe when it switches modes to exterminate it fully unlocks all doors?
That sounds like a simple and reasonable soulution.

Same thing happend to me during a Jupiter mission. Spy mission turned extermnate which turned impossible. It was ONE enemy behind a door... I was very frustrated. I also tried returing to spawn and using ability's to get them from behind the door with no luck.

I just came here to report this bug myself. It is extremely frustrating losing all mods, resources, affinity, and mission progress! This has happened to me over 4 times now in the last week.
What happens to me each time that you did not mention is after the escape pod animation, my screen goes black and I hear the "falling from long distance sound" of my Warframe. Then I hear my Warframe land and the screen becomes the ending zone with my Liset missing just like the picture you linked to. Afterwards I can't move, or go to any sort of menu with any button other than chat. Which I also used to call for help in vain just like you. Felt like the only thing to try. My mouse cursor was available but showed no response when clicking on anything.
I have been set to "solo" each time this event has occurred, and this has happened to me on Jupiter, Mercury, Earth, and 2 times on Mars. (Sorry I don't know the specific level names) It's definitely not limited to just the Void, but that has to be a lot more painful to lose progress in than the starting planets.
The first time I let my character sit there and just waited, hopping it would fix. But I gave up after 45 minutes and had to Ctrl+Alt+Delete the game closed. The next few times this has happend I just closed right away. Each time when i returned I had nothing from the mission at all.
Please let this be fixed soon!

I completely agree with you and I am very disappointed with this change. I had literally just finished getting all the resources for my Knux. I spent so much time waiting for the Chem Lab to finish the blue print; I spent all those resources and my Forma (which is like GOLD to me) and was waiting for my foundry to finish them. They finished just after this update, which won't let me take them from my foundry without 12 platinum or selling a weapon I already like. Q_Q Why must they do harm to Archwing?
