I just ran to this same problem with my MR 11 test. It didn't even go to the loading screen, I was just there in cephalon simaris room and when I tried to press qualify it just said I had to wait a day even if I didn't do the mission.

So I just completed the Prosecutor requirement for Jupiter junction. I did the capture mission (solo) did the objective killed 195 grineer and 3 Prosecutor decided to spawn between those 195 kills. I just stayed in one place where there was only 1 way in or out. Also try not burning it down like what I did the first time, the 3 I got here I just slowly killed them. Hopefully this helps

Game Crash When Opening Profile

I have noticed that the game would crash after opening my profile while in Orb Vallis. I also lost my gained reputation while my daily reputation was decreased and not reset back to where it was originally was
