  1. While a hitscan on the tracer would be nice, what would be better is if they would revert whatever kind of stealth nerf they applied in 23.10.

The Buzlok, a long time ago, USED to fire where you were pointing it at. It was a satisfying weapon to shoot for the sound and all the visual tracers it launched. Then 23.10 rolled around, broke the Tonkor (Horribly. Took several months to fix iirc), Buzlok, and a few other things (I remember my Cernos prime acting funny). If they'd really tighten it's sawn off shotgun accuracy cone, as well as maybe the prisma as OP suggested, it would be a great gun again.

  2. I primarily use my Wyrm Prime dressed up as a discount dragon for rule of cool. I use Taxon because sometimes it's helpful in it's slowness. Before vacuum within I used Wyrm Prime, after vacuum within I added vacuum because I am lazy, and because it was now available on a thing I cared about.

Rarely I will pull out the active pets, but I don't like to use them because half the time they are across the room, getting murdered, and now I have to go raise my crappy pet again. We have to revive my friends kubrow all the time in missions, and it's even the stealth dog. When I use active pets I tend to use either Helminth Charger or the Luck Cat (I forget its name).

  3. Question,

Is it still year of the clan? Are we going to see any updates aside from just some new clan weapons? Will we ever see any real purpose to our Dojos?

I inquire because I spent quite some time the last few days decorating the Dojo, and paused at the end, wondering to myself "Will anyone even ever experience this? We have no reason to come here aside from research," The Dojo is inconvenient as everything is done from our orbiter.

  4. I was just sitting around one weekend in a skype call, and I saw one of my friends on steam start up a game called "Warframe". I had seen people play it before, but I was unsure, so I asked him "What is this warframe thing?" He explained it to me, and I inquired "I get to run around like an idiot and hit things with a sword? I'm in." At first I was unsure, because I somehow accidentally skipped the intro cutscene, but I got my Lato, Braton, and Skana, and I was sold. Especially after I shot someone in half with the Lato.

  5. We were going through the level as normal and eventually had to enter an elevator. After going down it, and walking out the door, one player, who was carrying the datamass, complained about suddenly being stuck in a room with none of the doors opening.

The game reported him for all other players as being 160m below us, outside of the map. Eventually he reported th at someone opened one of the doors for him, but he was unable to interact with anything, and no other player could see him. He eventually put the datamass down, which was also tagged as being 160m below us outside of the level, and was unable to pick it back up again. We aborted the mission afterwards.

    Logs submitted to support system.

  6. We queued the mission as a group of three. One player (not the host) accidentally started the timer before the third player had accepted, when the third player accepted, the timer instantly went to 0 and we entered the mission. The third player was slow to load into the mission, and took for a moment to appear on the ship travel screen.

We pursued a synthesis target for a riven, and the mission appeared to be running fine, if there were any bugs between start and objective completion we didn't notice.

Upon completing the objective and synthesizing the target, the third player received a completely different extract point from the other two.

Two of us stood on one extract point, while the third player stood on theirs. After the timer finished, everyone did successfully extract and received credit for the mission.

  7. A Kuva Fortress Assault mission was in the sortie the other day, and we ran into an issue when we did it.

As the host, one of the tiles had numerous bunker like windows blocking passage through hallways, and a solid roof in the bunker. All of the other people in the group did not see these bunker windows and passed through them on my screen, and also saw a hole in the roof that as the host I could not see or pass through. I neglected to grab screenshots as things were a little too busy with the enemies.

  8. This quest, like all things in life, has the good and the bad.

    Good:

    • The beginning, when you first get the message, was superb.
    • The shadow monster hordes were a nice touch.
    • Iron Wake was nice. Not sure what purpose it'll serve. Will we get more syndicate bases and blow up our relays?
    • "Hey Kiddo"

    Bad:

    • Rule of 3 turned into 3x3. Capturing 3 things 3 times started to get kind of grating.
    • Shadow Rell. Being constantly hounded, Crowd Controlled, and mauled by the unstoppable shadow thing that liked to teleport right in front of me and block me was a little annoying.
    • Rell himself. I found his mannerisms to be annoying. I felt no sympathy for him, more frustrated at his existence of trying to murder me and I couldn't shoot him.
    • THE FINAL BATTLE. That had to be all caps. That is how much I despised that battle. I'll keep it brief and short. Operator combat is horrendous.  My introduction to it was a red veil dude teleporting in right next to me instant murdering me. Then Captain McBlockDeathBeamWithSpinnyBlades was pretty frustrating too. Knockback leading to your immediate doom was annoying. I died about 20 times trying to figure out how to not suck as an operator. This part right here absolutely ruined the flow of the quest, and was very upsetting.

    Mediocre:

    • Judging by Palladino's conversation: Does everyone else know what we and the warframes are except us?
  9. I love my Wyrm Prime, for cosmetics. I'll admit he's not the best frame, but he looks great. I don't think making the guardian precept unique to him will solve the issue of desriability.

Perhaps he could use a bit more health, maybe 200 or 250? I'm too lazy to do the effective health points calculation.

Something else may be he could use is a modifier to his attack precept (Warrior I think it is?) What if he was set to actually shoot at things that are hazardous to your health with some degree of accuracy? Like those annoying sapping orbs, or bombard rockets..

  10. What would I do...

Step 1) Hyperventilate. I now have to redo EVERY GUN EVERY LOADOUT EVERY CONFIG.

Step 2) Burn my credits and Endo, as I now have to rank up a bunch of mods I've been neglecting and just selling to remind Ordis who is boss.

Step 3) Get a bottle of whiskey to forget about having to re-modify every gun.

Step 4) Put as many firing rate and magazine mods I can on both Twin Grakatas and Supra Vandal, because this seems like a good idea.

Step 5) Attempt missions using short controlled bursts of the entire magazine.

I can't say for sure what I would do with guns I use as primaries, since the removal of such major damage boosters may radically modify what guns I use.

Otherwise, proceed situation normal with a few new mods thrown into the mix. Maybe I won't get as far on endless missions, maybe I'll be pickier with sorties, who knows. I don't think it'll happen, as I suspect too much of the community would proceed to step 1 and never leave, instead adding a Step 1a) Cry on forums.

  11. When you create something for a multiplayer game like this, where you're trying to pander to people from all walks of life, it's important to keep something in mind when creating a complex tool such as the mandachord. You have to target the lowest common denominator.

If you make it too complex, people with little to no musical skill (I'd hazard to say most players, especially myself) would become rapidly disinterested in the tool and the frame. By keeping it somewhat simple, and making it possible to create "okay" sounding music without needing to fully study or know what you're doing, they can capture the interest and keep people in the game which is of course important to Warframe's survival and advancement of that particular system. You wouldn't want it to become archwing would you?

Could they add advanced options in the future? Probably. Should they? Only after careful consideration of what the musically incompetent might try to do with it. I for one do not mind the tool in it's current iteration
