I was playing with vertical sync on, also tried to play with limiting the FPS to 120.
It could be a display driver crash, I don't know, i'm not an expert. but Warframe is suspicious to me, because as i mentioned other games, no matter how high fps and how high graphical settings i used, didn't crash. Neither a stress test.Now i'm still playing Warframe with underclocked GPU, testing the different graphical settings, and it doesn't crash. I did realise one weird thing though, if on the 60Hz secondary monitor i'm watching a youtube video while playing warframe, the game locks the fps to 60 (it says 60 fps, but actually it feels less).

I tried this out and now it works, thanks! And yes you can use MSI afterburner with non MSI videocards also.

itcsr wrote a reply how he found a temporary solution to this problem (until DE finaly fixes this bug). You need to underclock your GPU.
I tried it out yesterday: low graphic settings + underclock and i didn't get a single crash while playing for 1-2 hours. Tonight i'll try it out with my usual (custon high) graphic settings.
Anyway I hope DE finds the problem and can fix this bug. Because as I said it earlier I only have this problem with Warframe any other game or program and stress test runs smoothly.

Description: 2-15 minutes after logging in, the game crashes and restarts the PC, often with visual glitches, so i have to restart again to make my PC work normally.
Reproduction rate: Every single time I try to play.
When it started: The problem started about a week ago (before deadlock protocol). /I had similar problem in april with the scarlet spear railjack missions, but back then i could fix the problem with verifying + optimizing the download cache. But now it doesn't work. /
What I tried to solve/identify the problem:
1) Played different game modes and different warframes: Initially i thought the problem could be with Ivara prime and/or void relic missions. But then the crash happend also when i played Ash prime (however still a relic mission). I played 3-4 different mission types though. But then at an other try i got a crash some seconds after logging in, while i was still in my orbiter. So I think it's not mission type / equipment related.
2) Played other, more intensive games: This only happens when i play warframe. I played Hours of GTA V on high settings and didn't have any problem.
3) All kind of tests: I know my PC is an old abomination, so before blaming the crash on Warframe i wanted to make sure it's not because of hardware errors. I used CPU-Z benchmark to test the CPU and Heaven to test the GPU, both separately and also simultaneously. Each test was running for an hour without any problem, no overheating. I also tested the memory for about 1 hour with MemTest64 in Windows safe mode: 0 errors. Ran Chkdsk on my HDD, no problems there neither. I don't think it's hardware related problem.
4) Did everything that is written in this guide: https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212890418-What-should-I-do-if-my-game-keeps-crashing- I even switched to single display setup, and used 120Hz on my monitor instead of 144Hz. Sadly it didn't solve the problem.
My PC's specs:
Motherboard: MSI MS-7680 /MSI H61M-P21 (B3)/
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E31220 @ 3.10GHz
RAM: CSX 8GB DDR3 1333MHz /CSXO-D3-LO-1333-8GB/

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
SSD: Samsung SSD 650 120GB
HDD: Seagate ST2000DM008-2FR102 2TB
PSU: Chieftec GPA-500S8 (500W)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home (x64) Build 18363.836 (1909/November 2019 Update)Conclusion: MY PC is fine, drivers are fine, no overheating, other programs run fine, the problem must be with warframe.

I'm having similar problem, except switching to DX10 and low graphic settings didn't solve it for me. I can play max 15 minutes then the PC restarts. It doesn't happen in any other games, i ran 100% CPU and GPU stress test without problem, also ran memtest for 1 hour --> 0 errors.
I have old hardware, but since i don't have problem with any other games, neither during stress test, i don't think it would be hardware problem.

- OBSERVED RESULT: Not getting kill codes, 'scarlet spear 17' stuck at 88/100 progress

- DESCRIPTION: visual bug. The Scarlet spear NPC's headgear didn't load.

- EXPECTED RESULT: The NPC's models fully load.
- OBSERVED RESULT: The NPC's models didn't fully load.

This happens waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to often.
Edit: It happend again, this time the lich didn't spawn. I was the host, i mercy killed a thrall and then i couldn't loot/intearract with things anymore.

About this post I'll write about 2 different bugs here, because I didn't want to "spam" the forum
Bug 1) Kuva lich ignores warframe's invulnerability when he does the "grab attack". (When he grabs the player in melee range, brakes his/her neck then thorws him/her on the ground.)
It happened while i was playing Valkyr. The lich completely ignored her Hysteria with the grab attack, during the animation Valkyr's HP dropped to 1 (while the healthbar was grey). Then when the lich smashed me to the ground i instantly died.
Similar happens with Revenant, while 2nd ability is active. I assume non of the similar abilities work.
Bug 2) Kuva lich execution/parazon mod bug:Sometimes the Lich disappears without showing if the mod you were using against him/her was the right one or not. (picture below)
It can also happen that for some reason you can attack the lich a 2nd time even though the first parazon mod was wrong. And it will reveal if my 2nd mod was right or wrong also. I don't have a picture of that.

As the title says:
In the Ker, Ceres - Kuva flood mission the siphon didn't spawn.
I tried it twice with different groups, we searched the whole map, no luck.
It happened a few days ago, it was on a Ceres node also.

I was doing 3rd sortie from yesterday /Adaro, Sedna - Defection - Shotgun only/ and after the host left the mission text partly turned turkish. I assume either the first host or the new host was turkish.
I'm using the default english language.
No clue how to reproduce this bug.

Just happend with me, there was only 1-2 mins left till morning cycle, and hydrolist was on 5% hp.... WE failed because of this bug.

I found an inventory UI bug.
how to reproduce:
1) Open the menu, go to equipment/inventory2) Use the search bar and search for anything
3) The not used inventory slots will have 3 states changing in a loop. 1- empty slot with a "rank 30" icon; 2-empty slot with a "forma counter" icon, but instead of a number there is an X; 3- usual empty slot.

I had the same bug today. After a failed 2nd sortie mission.

I'm using 1920x1080 resolution low settings
icons and text are too big, except for the chat. The text is also kinda blurry.

I had the same bug today.
First I tried the test in practice mode. The mission stucked right before wave 1 would start.
My loadout was:
Saryn prime, tonkor, Akstiletto prime, Zenistar, Helios
Then I thought it's just a random bug and decided to try to actually rank up. At this try I switched to Frost, the rest of my loadout stayed the same. The mission got stuck before the hud would show which wave i'm at.Update:
I tried it 4 times more in practice mode with different loadouts, same results.

Yesterday night the crash happend again, but this time after playing for about 1 hour. Then i lowered the graphics, and this time that worked as a fix, the game looks like crap, but at least it's working.
Could it be because at higher settings my video card runs out of VRAM? can that crash the PC?
