  1. I've always been a fan of Banshee as well as some other currently less-played frames, like Oberon, Mesa, and Equinox (Among others). I decided to get back into really working on her today after finally saving up enough plat to get her Deluxe skin, and I was working on several different builds. I started working on a build for more all around, that has good range, efficiency, and duration, but heavily negative damage. I also threw Savage Silence on as I figured it would help me kill High-health enemies rather well. However, when I actually got to trying to do that... nothing happened.

    No matter how hard I try, Silence never procs the finisher command for some reason. If I have positive range it doesn't work, if I have negative range it doesn't work. If I have savage silence it doesn't work, doesn't work without either. Even if I activate the ability while standing directly behind the enemy, I can never get the prompt to show up. I see people like Quite Shallow and a few others run through things with Savage Silence, Void included, with very similar builds and everything and it works fine with them.

    Is something currently broken with Silence or am I just missing something?

As an avid Mesa main (and a huge fan of her new hat, the ONLY hat I've actually paid real money for), I honestly just want her peacemaker to either scale off of your secondary's mods or have some sort of damage buff in general so that it will scale better to late game. I don't play Mesa as a "press 4 to win frame," but when Ash, Ember, Excalibur, Saryn, and Valkyr can all press 4 and kill EVERYTHING even at level 100, (Ash, Excalibur, and Valkyr are the biggest offenders here) and still MOVE while doing this as well (with the exception of Ash because of flashy teleport animations, which still renders him completely invulnerable) there's a bit of unfairness considering Mesa is significantly weaker compared to them. She's a sitting duck (only able to protect herself with Scatter Shield and the stun from Shooting Gallery), and her bullets don't actually do much damage until they ramp up over time, and even then, they don't do that much because they don't scale as well as the others. (Ash doesn't even scale off of his melee mods, but his combo counter counts for it, which is why Blade Storm is so strong.)

    Something needs to be done to make it so Mesas don't have to empty their entire energy pool + some of their secondary clip just to take down a level 100 heavy gunner. A couple ideas I had were....

    A.) Mesa's Peacemaker scales off of secondary mods. This is the obvious one. DE said that they were going to do this quite a long time ago but it still hasn't happened.

    B.) Every 2nd or 4th shot will headshot instead of body shot. For an incredibly accurate and fast gunslinger, Mesa is horrible at aiming for the head.

    C.) Fix the targeting pickiness on Peacemaker. Some enemies you have to aim for the head when your reticle is at minimum, some enemies you have to aim for the body, and some enemies (such as heavy gunners and ancients, or other tall enemies) you have to aim for the crotch or else it won't shoot at all.

    D.) Make it so it only drains energy every other shot. (Since each shot is a double tap.) I know that even with a good amount of efficiency, halting your fire for even a moment (like when the reticle gets small and you have to re-aim) causes a HUGE loss in energy during Peacemaker.

    We should definitely not do that with Oberon. For one, that would make literally every ability in his kit aside from Renewal be a Nyx Chaos. In addition, it would be stepping on the toes of the Naramon focus. Oberon's known as "the balance that tenno are sworn to uphold." He has two offensive abilities (Smite and Reckoning), and two defensive abilities (Hallowed Ground for proc immunity and Renewal). His passive should either be something that aids allies in an offensive way (like buffing their damage against radiated enemies or something, I dunno) or some sort of thing that can "prime" enemies with effects that could help allies (like how Reckoning is supposed to cause enemies to drop orbs, but even though it's a 50% chance, it almost never happens. What if Any enemies currently radiated by Oberon would have a 30% chance to automatically drop health orbs on death? Or even better, energy orbs so that Trinity isn't the 100% required frame for long runs?)

    That would be stepping a bit on Ivara's toes, but while I'm fine with the current passive, what if any time she either shot towards a wall or used sound quake, the sound would ECHO back to her and reveal enemies in the area? That would really help her out as a "stealth" frame as DE wants her to be.
