[Authorization Error For My Account]

Recently i played a tower 4 survival , did 40 minutes with a friend , came out of the mission and got an error stating 

 

"could not update account , progress not saved" 

 

after checking my inventory i had no items that i should've gained from the mission where as my friend did have all the reward items. i will link a screenshot of my the rewards ( from my friends account ) and it will show you my friends and my own gamer tag in the picture , please i would just like the rewards i earned from this mission.
