    Low FPS on "high end" PC

    im gonna join the pain train. for some reason the game is not using all of my resources yet the fps drops below 60 mostly in the plains. i get some stutters on other maps but in the plains i get drops to 40 fps and in task manager the game is not even using half of my resources all of my cores are below 60% my gpu usage almost never goes above 70% and my ram usage hovers around 5 gb total .weird thing is the last few months my gpu temp in this game only increased by some degrees. and that tells me that they are using something new that causes that. in every other game i play i have 0 problems .witcher 3 for example stable 60 fps almost max everything.

    msi gtx 970

    i5 3570k

    8gb ram 1600 mhz

    msi z77a g45 mobo

    so i keep testing stuff and it seems that it doesn't matter if i run the game on low settings 800x600 resolution or maxed 1080p. fps will drop.i tested this in plains and taveuni the kuva farm mission. i think both times i tested this on taveuni and had fps drops we had a nekros in squad with multiple thralls.sometimes i can play on taveuni with fps rock solid stable at 60, some other times it will drop to 40.this is so weird. is it possible for the fps drops to be from network issues ?.i tested my network and i have no problems with it.

    I mean isn't my system capable of running the game 1080p on high 60 fps ? as i said task manager shows half of my resources being used.

    yeah this is similar to the problem i found. several sounds in this game have this problem.to my understanding this has to do with the way they fade out the different audio parts.

    ok someone maybe can test this for me plz. use ivara go In to the simulacrum spawn some enemies turn their ai off so they don't shoot you back use the baza and shoot them . without prowl the sound is normal. then use prowl and shoot them again now the sound is crackling and makes a weird static noise with each bullet.

    Edit: ok so after some reading here in the forum another user already reported this bug and said that is happening for him also but with fire rate mods on the baza. for me tho it is happening with or without firerate mods on .

    Edit 2 : found some more similar post 

    I thought my pc was dying but apparently this is a known issue

    you wanna hear a funny story ? i am in the same position as you and even worse i have x4 all parts no systems and at some point my team dropped the systems and i didnt get any reward bug or something i dont know i wasnt afk or something . i talked with a chat moderator and he said to me go farm it again..... i have 3200 hours in this game i used to love it i spend some money on it but this time they managed to make me hate it
