  1. I just played a round on Mantle (Earth) and shot the capture target when he was on a ledge. This caused him to fall down to the ground, where he was impossible to capture. When you got close to him you still got the notification to press X, but doing so did nothing. I'm guessing this problem is somehow caused by the long fall.

    Warframe_Capture_1.png

This is extra problematic since this is probably about the third mission new players ever get to play, and they might not realise it's not them doing anything wrong, but rather the game not working properly. Thus I believe this is a very important thing to fix.

  2. This update seems utterly amazing! Well done DE!

Thank You for hard Work DE  :D Love You Guys <3~

    Lato Prime

    • Increased damage from 22 to 37
    • Increased Crit Chance from 5% to 30%
    • Increased Status Chance from 5% to 20%
    • Increased Mastery Rank requirement from 0 to 6

MY semi OP lato prime with 500% muti shot with riven is now broken... Thank you <3~

    What? lol?

I Love how the video for the new frame says Covenant Stops Fall dmg.... WF dosnt have fall dmg.. :l

(Click Video, its right at the spot it says it :3)

    Fall dmg...Fall dmg..Fall dmg....YES :D

I don't know if you've already gotten a reply since there's already 12 pages, but it obviously says "all damage".

  3. Today I got stuck in the loading screen with the ships. I could hear some sounds, I think there was a Rhino using Iron Skin for example. After sitting and looking at the ships for about three minutes I decided to just kill the program and restart.

So I logged in and got asked wether I wanted to join the squad I disconnected from or not. I clicked yes and I got a notification that another player joined my squad. When I didn't get connected to the mission I looked at the top left to see wether I actually had joined the squad. I was not, and there was no trace of the player that supposedly was in the same squad as I was.

Following this I noticed that according to the profile thing you have in the top left with your name, mastery rank and equipped gear was almost blank. The only thing I had equipped was "Warframe 30" and my name was re-written to DE Steve. After exiting the menu I found my mouse still being visible and moveable (is that how you spell it?), while my controls of the Warframe and camera where inactive.

All it took to fix this was another restart, but it was pretty interesting to me that the game messed up after I restarted the first time. No harm done, just thought it was pretty funny that I might be Steve working in such secrecy that I don't even know it myself.

Link to a video below. I started recording a bit late, but I believe I've written all the info about the event needed in this post.

I don't think this map is programmed to even have an extraction on the other side at all. Are you sure the problem wasn't a bugged waypoint?

I'm fairly certain, since it happened on the same sort of tile twice, and I haven't seen anything like it in a long time. The time we had before the ship melted was pretty much spent on searching for the exit, so I don't think it was just the marker. Also, as @A_SimpleName said, the problem probably has to do with the hacking console rather than the extraction.

    20 hours ago, (PS4)A_SimpleName said:

There is a tileset where you get into a Grineer "torpedo" and blast your way to a Corpus ship. After the sabotage (if you chooses fire or magnetic), the hacking consoles can spawn in the tileset before the "torpedo" and there is no way to get back.

The work-around is to do as a group and leave some member(s) back on the other side of the "torpedo" to insure everything will go smoothly.

Edit addition: Map design is older than Sab 2.0 and DE forgot to ummm... update.

Oh yea, this seems to explain it perfectly. I'll go ahead and add it to the main post.

  5. So yesterday I was running some invasion for the Grineer (didn't feel like helping those pesky corpus). It was a Sabotage one, which nowadays almost almost always means Reactor Sabotage (not even sure wether the old one still exists). So I finished the invasion but wanted to help someone I played with get their third contribution point.

This mission progressed just like the previous three had, until we had destroyed the reactor. We started moving towards the extraction zone but were stopped by a wall. I didn't realise it at the time, but I believe we had flown into the Corpus ship with Grineer pods, and my guess is that the extraction point generated on the first half of the map. As you probably know, there is no way to get back to the origin of the pod, so you're stuck in the Corpus ship while it melts.

Sounds like a pretty heroic story with sacrifice and such, but doesn't feel as great gameplay-wise.

So we decided to just go again, since I hadn't experienced any problems during my first three runs. But when we destoyed this reactor the same thing happened. I decided to record the whole thing, and I'll link the video below. Sorry for the stuttering and bad pronounciation, I haven't really done commentary before. Thus I wasn't as focused on English as I maybe should have been.

Edit: As @A_SimpleName pointed out, the problem here is actually related to the console you hack rather than the extraction. It seems like DE forgot to update map generation for Sabotage mission when they added Reactor Sabotage, which results in the console being able to spawn on the Grineer ship rather than the Corpus one.

  6. Oh man, this really is true. There are lots of thing I complain about in this game, but maybe the reason I notice them at all is because I've played it so much. I think DE realises that almost all negativity is coming from people who already love the game but are really annoyed/dissapointed in some departments, but I also believe it can be really hard to look past the sea of what seems like pure complaints. So however annoyed I am at their rework of Archwing, of Ayatans spawning in walls, and enemies shooting me before they ask any questions, I have to say that this is indeed an amazing game. I truly believe that everyone who posts negative posts on here in truth loves the work that DE has put into Warframe.

  7. Hello there. I've been using the Ayatan sculptures for decoration no for a while, since they're among the only decorations you can have when you're playing F2P. I usually just fill my sculptures up with stars before I place them. So lately I've been experimenting a bit when installing the stars into the sculptures by clicking one if the spots where you install a star, confirmed it and then quickly chosen another spot and tried installing a star there.

So after you confirm placement of the second star you'll recieve the error message "Could not install the Ayatan Star, your account has not been modified. Please try again." Then one of the stars is seemingly going to remain, but if you want to complete the sculpture you'll have to replace it. A thing I noticed was that it doesn't actually remove the stars from your account, so the bug isn't really going to ruin anything.

This isn't a gamebreaking bug, or even one most people will ever be aware of. I just think it'd be nice not to have it, and personally it doesn't seem like a thing that would be very hard to fix. I made a video of this down below. One thing to note is that in the video I haven't noticed that you don't actually loose any Ayatans through this bug.

Also, could we please get a fix to stars spawning inside structures?

So lately I've been experimenting a bit when installing the stars into the sculptures by clicking one if the spots where you install a star, confirmed it and then quickly chosen another spot and tried installing a star there.

So around here you should get an error message. I'm not sure wether it appears after attempting to place both stars, or if it appears before confirming the placement of the second star. If you click yes, the first or both stars will be removed from the Sculpture and you won't get them back in your inventory. I've been able to reproduce this bug several times over a few weeks, with no "failures" in testing it. In case people for some reason won't believe me I'll provide a video as soon as I get hold of another sculpture. If I do this I can also copy the error message you get when doing it.

  9. So I used to enjoy Archwing before the rework. I'll mention that I'm salty that we had to farm the weapons over literally hundreds of runs back then, and now you can get them in a day from syndicates, but that's not what we're talking about here from what I've understood.

One of the big changes with the rework was that they changed the "up and down" functionality. Although it's pretty cool that you can spin around however much you want, it really isn't good when it comes to navigation. This is assuming I'm not some sort of incompetent loser of course. I have a really hard time using the map since it just spins around when you move, and you're basically trying to show a 3D picture on a 2D map. This works in the base game since you're just walking on flat-ish ground normally, and then the directional arrows also work since it's easy to determine wether an enemy is on the same level as you or wether they're on a lower/higher level. Imagine mapping out a ocean and all the fish in it with a 2D map. You'd just have a giant blob of indicators telling you there's fish somewhere, but that somewhere can be thousands of metres away.

The second problem is the movement itself. Previous to the update I thought it was pretty smooth, except for the fact that you couldn't touch a wall without being violently pushed away from it. That hasn't changed with the update, and instead it's easier to do it since we have worse handling partly due to some sort of drifting-mechanic that might make sense because it's in space. That doesn't mean it's good for gameplay, and if you ask me, I'll tell you it's the opposite.

On top of these "intented" changes, the rework also introduced a lot of bugs like not being able to use weapons after suffering knockback, or not being able to move at all.

So basically I believe Archwing was better before the rework in basically all ways. And even before the rework it was disliked by most of the playerbase, me myself being in the minority that enjoyed it.

Hello, DE, I would like to bring your attention to what happens in your game currently:

    I'm talking about this:

    Space Cyst isn't cool

TL; DR: please make a cure or another way to become remove & become immune to space AIDS ASAP. The reasons are the following:

    • The ugly-looking Cyst completely ruins carefully hand-picked frame design which was built by player with cosmetics. You basically devalued cosmetics.
    • When you infect other players, your alignment changes towards darkness. And there is no way to prevent/revert this. For players like me, who played quest carefully to get full neutral, this basically devalued all my effort I put in being neutral alignment. Luckily for me, I mostly play with my friend, who went full dark, so he infests everyone before I start playing.

While I'm with you in that the cyst looks horrible, I do not understand why you even care about alignment that much. It obviously doesn't do anything so far, and you make it seem hard to get it to Neutral when you say "For players like me, who played quest carefully to get full neutral...". What you actually did was click your left button on a bunch of options, options that clearly stated wether they were aligned to Sun, Moon or just Neutral. Seeing as alignment does nothing and we did nothing to really deserve the standing we have, ESPECIALLY due to the cyst, the following things should happen related to alignment:
    * We shouldn't care about it at all at the moment
    * DE should be ready to get the alignment system working in a shorter amount of time than it took them to do something with the infested door.

So basically, DE needs to work on removing the cyst and implementing the alignment system, preferably priorotize them in that order

How is this a "fix"? As far as I'm aware, being in the Rift gives energy to ALL frames while channeled abilities are active. Titania being unable to gain energy from the Rift makes her a very odd exception to that rule.

First off, I'm the one playing Limbo, not getting banished, so I base all my knowledge based on trusting others.

Due to this knowledge though, I'd say that your statement about all other frames regaining energy and channeling at the same time is false. Mainly tried it with Nyx, Excal and Valkyr. Also think I tried it with Nezha once. Fairly certain none of these worked, but once again, that's based on other peoples responses when I used them as test subjects.

I do not see any problems with support. Please try sending the ticket in a different browser or wait a while and then try again. If the problem still persists please comment on this thread or send me a private message, I will contact somebody to sort it out.

I have still not been able to send the ticket. The only idea I've got about why it wouldn't work is the fact that the video I'm trying to send with it might be too large or something, seeing as it is a little above an hour long. I don't really have anything to edit it with, but I guess that's not too hard to find programs for.

Anyway, I doubt I'll get "refunded" the sculpture that the ticket is about. I lost it due to server errors, the same day as a Prime Time was streamed (don't remember which, think it was when they demonstrated Maroo's challenges) and I imagine that they'd suspect my proof to be false or whatever, even if they consider "refunds" to begin with, which I'm not sure about.

It'd mainly be good to know if the support actually works, especially in the case of something similair happening.

    EDIT:
It'd also be nice to actually get a notification about the file being too large, if that is indeed the problem here.

  13. So I was going to send in a support ticket about a problem related to Ayatan subjects. I write the report and attach a file, after which I click Submit. And then... nothing happens. I am very unsure about what this means. Does it mean that nothing actually happened? I've tried rewriting it several times and submitting, but each time I click Submit there's just no response.

I would be very sad if the system didn't even work in it's core. I haven't used this function before, so I can't compare it to anything else really, except for the support in other games which is either so bad it isn't even worth getting to the page, or works well with a quick response time from the staff.

So either I'm doing something wrong, or something's wrong with the system. If anyone could explain and help me I'd be very (primed) grateful.

I had a similar experience when i wasn't able to use melee either, it lasts only a few seconds but it's annoying when i need that melee strike only to stand there and do nothing.

As you can see in the video I experienced this far longer than just a few seconds. This same thing has now happened in Archwing Pursuit mission as well, making it impossible to win due to the Shift+Space boost not working which leads to the target getting away.

    1. Play through some low-level Void fissure missions to gather up Void Traces until you have 100. Use those to refine Radiant relics of the type containing the rare item you are looking for.
    2. Find three other players looking for the same rare item you are and also have Radiant relics. Run the corresponding Void fissure mission with said squad of three other people.
    3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you finally get the item you're looking for.

I'll try this, probably through recruitment chat. Do I just ignore the Void Traces I loose when I've reached max amount?

thanks guys, i must of done it then.  id just forgotten in all the maelstrom of learning the game. maybe ill just build it again and see if it removes it from the foundry like others report.

I wouldn't worry about it, I still have the blueprint too.

My best advice is, run with other people for better odds.

You can add me, i do some fissure and fragment hunting most of the time, 2 rolls make it easier ^^

I'll add you. Would you say it's more worth spending 75 traces or 100 for better chances but wasted traces?

    1 hour ago, (PS4)A_SimpleName said:

Thank you too. Laughed at "Lack of Friends" but soon realised that only one of the people I play with still is active.

  18. So I was just running a mission when my melee suddenly stopped working. Later it came back and then stopped working again.

Here's a video on it. When I started filming the weapons were already broken. Managed to mess up the sound as well.

  19. So I'm a player who's been active since the end of January, but I'm still horrible at trading. I'm also bad at doing missions to grind things like relics as well as having kept myself away from Draco since that seems horribly boring.

So I wouldn't normally make a thread about this, and wouldn't worry too much about it really in normal cases. But now we've got the unvaulted primes dissapearing in two weeks, and I've missed all the previous time due to being on vacation.

So first off, I need specific relics in specific tiers to get every specific part. And there's a pool of like five rewards in every relic, with the thing I probably need being the rarest one in at least two cases. I don't know how to get the relics effectively, and then I don't understand how I'm supposed to get the rare reward with 2% chance to drop or something. I know you can rise that 2% to 10% or something, but that requires ALL your void traces. You can't have more than 100 void traces, and any you pick up after that are useless.

This combined with my usually bad RNG really does not make me look forward to running this and managing to get all the things I want. So far I've accumulated a total of around 110 traces, so either everyone else on here has got longer days and night than I do, or I'm doing something really wrong.

I really don't see how I'm going to get Dakra P and Boar P (already got Mag P from a couple months back) before they dissapear, and since I'm horrible at trading I've got a stable amount of 0 platinum to buy parts for.

I'd love any advice for this as I really dislike missing limited time stuff.

hey guys, this might be a silly question but I've playing warframe for a little over 2 months now. it just occurred to me I've never built the damn thing and its still sitting in my foundry. is this still a thing? do i need to build this and could it apply a penalty?

It's part of the initial quest, so you shouldn't need to craft it unless you haven't beaten Vor and still have the Grineer bomb-thing on your leg. And I doubt you haven't done this since you've been playing for 2 months :)

  21. A huge problem I've been having is that the Grineer escape pods or whatever in invasions haven't been working. You click the button, the door shuts and then... Nothing. Except for aborting the mission it seems like.

Also, why can't we choose between, let's say, an invasion on a node and the base node itself. I've been unable to battle certain bosses due to this, and I hope it's just something I'm missing rather than some missions being unavailable a couple of hours.
