[Cave Toroid glitch]

cave toroids  cant find any. sent 4 bug reports so now de lets me get 2 toroids on a good day most days none. how did you get yours. im I missing something

As I feared. I asked 3 times to fix bug. About getting only 1-2 toriods a day. Since I asked to fix this you did. Last 2 1/2 days I got none. Are you trying or maybe a bet with whoever are trying to make me quit this game? I play no other game because I love this game. Today I went to all caves, nothing as the last days. I don't understand why you won't fix this. Maybe 1 persons bug isn't worth the trouble. Maybe it takes hundreds to complaints about a bug before you fix it. Can you please let me know. Just tell me you are not going to fix it because it's not worth the trouble. Maybe you don't even read these. At least let me know. OK 4th time Vox Solaris toriods I get none. I told some of the other players most said that sucks why won't they fix it. Yes Why? PLEASE CAN YOU FIX THIS! I hope at least you reply something. Denyse860

Vox solaris standing got 2 toriods x2 with booster that's it. All days and none today as of yet. I don't know what I did to deserve this I really don't. I've been playing this for years. I can't go any further in Vox Solaris without them. The last 2 times I had bugs you would not fix them until I said I would buy plat I did $20.00 each time "fixed". I will buy $20.00 in plat today in good faith this will be fixed like the last times. As you can see I already paid the $20.00 can you please fix this bug now. In faith Denyse860

reported bugs twice before on toriods. Do you have a sense of humor? I asked for toriods and got 4 and then none yesterday and none today. Can you please fix this bug, with no sense of humor, I can't go any further in the game because I can't get any toriods. Please Please fix this so I can get  toriods so I can keep advancing. I never get any Toriods of any kind ever solo. I asked if this could be fixed awhile back but got two more bugs instead. Can you please just fix this one without giving me more bugs. I rarely ask for bugs to be fixed because of this. Please can you fix this one thing without giving me more bugs.  Hoping Denyse

[fishing bug]

caught over 700 fish in fortuna all were basic no adorned or magnificent. Plus no sola toroid found in caves. when doing battles they drop and can't pick them up. Can you please at least fix the fishing bug. Thanks

[freezing, corruption and losing all I've accumilated]

Hi I'm Denyse860: I really hate to complain because every time I did it seemed I was punished for it. #1- kept freezing so I said I would buy plats and did buy so it stopped freezing for about a month same thing 3 times had to buy plats to make it stop freezing. Then started again not only the freezing continued now when someone exits the game I lose everything I earned then it kicks me out. Now I can't leave the squad, won't let me leave until last person exits. Sometimes I have to abourt the mission because I can't get out if the player doesn't want out of just stays put and lets me do the mission and they won't leave. Now in game eidolon mission if someone leaves I turn invisible and invencibel, at that point I lose everything. On the last one I lost over 100 intact sentinials. Well everytime have to turn game off and restart happens a lot. I must have lost 300 to 400 intact sentinals and lost the flawless, shards etc. OK I still play. now game says corrupted error CE-33120-9 which I can't find any reference to this code. So what the heck is going on? I've been playing along time. Can you fix these things without punishing me even more.
