Hi guys , im new here , I've built a 100% crit chance mod for my Rifle , and i havent noticed anychange , does the 100% crit chance makes all hits become critical , Or it doubles the crit rate of the weapon ? (if it doubles the crit rate of the weapon it should be stated there :/)
