So... I really never felt threatened by enemies as long as I could press 4 and every one of them within a mile radius stopped in their tracks. (apparently a bug..)

Did you ever use it? With a decent duration the only thing I saw when using a Radial Blind build was that they were standing stock still holding their eyes for a while, and then didn't even react to any of my movement or the sound of my gun (I don't think the boltor prime Is silent...) or the rest of my team, and I could also just refresh it too to keep them locked in place once they stopped holding their head in pain.
Yes I use him extensively. They start shooting back not instantly though. But grenades are deadly.

It's not so overpowered as you say. Enemies take cover, throw grenades and shoot back.

No point comparing Warframe original feature with not-TF original feature. Go on, compare it with Quake gameplay application.

Go to Europa.
Either Europa is easier, or the hotfixes today inbetween our Earth and Europa runs lowered the difficulty.
More points per excavation on Europa.

Volatile Runners damage sentinels with 20m AoE if killed. If they explode just by themself AoE won't bug out.

Sentinels also die easily to volatile runners, which damage sentinel when they explode regardless of the distance.

same problem. best spots to freeze are: login screen, void, other missions (i think infested make the game freeze more often than others).
it can actually unfreeze after a while (not on the login screen) and reconnect to the mission if it's not full.

Allowing to blind enemies behind boxes and columns could give us something to work with. As it is right now Blind is too situational to bring him anywhere.
