    That I did not know, that is good to note and enough for now. I had read that they were working over thanksgiving in November so I was more hopeful then. And way more patient and less frustrated. Thank you for responding. To be honest I planned to make another post at 50 days if I had reached that long but the Automated responses over and over again triggered me today since I've already been told by other players their account had an "extensive investigation" and I don't even know if anyones looking into my account what so ever. I could only pray for an "extensive investigation" at this point but my 43 day ticket compared to their 12 day ticket just baffles me

  2. 43 days. I check my email every day, then read about people whos tickets have been submitted and closed while my one ticket has been unanswered. 43 days and I wake up to another automated email. A player named Lemuroza told me that Warframe responded to his ticket 12 days after he filed it and closed it with him after. They apologized for the "delay" since they just needed to do an extensive investigation on to his account since he had traded with another player that ended up abusing trade, or something like that. The thing is he filed his ticket 28 days before me, and got it solved 3 days ago.

    Some people have suggested @ing them on twitter, so I've posted on twitter, I've asked for help on reddit to no avail. Basically I've done everything I can think of, but haven't been told a thing. Its basically impossible to contact ANYONE to help. I've created a new ticket, while waiting for my old one to get a response for assistance. Both have done nothing but accrue automated responses. I have counted 7 automated responses from the original ticket. I haven't been able to log in since November 20th 2018, after I re-downloaded the game and submitted my ticket. Its January 2 2019. SOMEONE PLEASE help me make sense of this. 

    these are my original posts, please help me find a way, a better way. I can't just sit here forever, Its unbelievably frustrating at this point

    That is along the lines of the most common response I get from other people on reddit/forums. I know its busy. But my point is that I submitted my ticket a much longer time before others who have already had their ticket solved. 1 month and 14 days right now. Please keep that in mind.

  3. Thats honestly all quite unfortunate. It does sound like they have their hands full.
    My main pain is that, this other player (from my reddit post) had submitted his ticket a full 28 days after me, and it was resolved TODAY after his account had that extensive investigation as I mentioned earlier, he posted it and it said that they were sorry it took an especially long time. Meanwhile I'm just trying everything I can, and maybe I'm trying to hard, but its hard to understand waiting and waiting.

    If it were the same in my case, I would be happy if it were being looked into, and I'm really just waiting to provide authentication, or rightful information, or whatever they might possibly need that I have to activate my old account. I have just no idea, I have nothing but seasonal influx automated responses. When was this release of fortuna? I can't remember the frames name, but it was a bard that played an instrument- that was the newest frame when I stopped playing last on PC, I was enjoying Nidus, Valkyre prime, Chroma... I am so anxious for this to get resolved and unfortunately I feel like a pleb, I don't want to whine but I do have a genuine complaint.

  4. 40 days ago, I submitted a ticket to warframe to recover my old and innactive account in anticipation of the Warframe release on the Nintendo Switch. Id saved several hundred dollars to buy streaming soft/hardware because this is the game I've wanted to play and share with viewers. My old account is valuable to me because I had purchased a lot of cosmetics and plat after falling in love with the game and realizing the hours and hours in a day I would invest into the game. At any rate, at 30 days I made a reddit post to inquire how long tickets regularily took to get addressed. I was told to tweet @playwarframe (which at that point I already had) and to open a new ticket. I took the advice as it was the lone comment i received.

    It seems, otherwise, that some people have waited up to four weeks or so for a response from D.E. I know that support work must be tumultuous to say the least!

    My question is this. Having opened another ticket, posted on reddit, twitter (almost made a new account my last tweet was from 2010 when i managed to log in), and steam posts asking for input/help Along with my ticket # and info, what can I do?

    I submitted the first ticket before Thanksgiving. Nov 20th 2018. My ticket definitely wont be read until January 2019+

    And I really feel like theres no point in anything i've tried. Should I just wait longer? I've already made a new account... But going from like 12 frame and weapon slots to 2 is like... A very big difference, and not easy to recover.

    I would just really like any contact so some sort of resolution can be reached manner. What does 'opened' mean next to my support ticket? Another player said they had submitted a ticket 12 days ago that was answered today (Dec 30th) after D.E. did a thorough investigation on his account after it was suspended for trading with another account that was apparently abusing plat. But he was addressed and unbanned in a matter of 12 days. He filed his ticket 28 days after mine. 

    Do you have any suggestions or ideas? Excuse the seeming desperation. I am just sad and genuinely wondering and trying to figure out what the best solution is. Thank you so much for any of your responses.

  5. This is where I want DE or anyone who knows whats been going on for the last week with the broken "The Archwing" quest. Here is where they can forego all responses to the hundreds of similar posts and just tell us once and for all what we can do to fix it. Not whats wrong with it, not why its happened, not when they found it... Just what is happening to fix it, and when can we get our rushed plat back? Theres been 0 comment or attention to this in the last week. i waited three days to complete odonata and claimed it three days ago today. DE post here about the bug please, we are all waiting so damn patiently but it feels terrible
