[Issues with Tennocon drop]

I'm happy for the 100k additional users that got Nekros Prime, but I never got the Ephemera, so for those of us with nothing, that script won't fix much. I submitted a trouble ticket, was told to wait a week then submit a new one. I submitted a new one, and BAM, I got the same exact copy+paste answer to include the submit a new ticket in a week.. I know they are busy, but I wish the support were a little more personalized. At least this second one had the correct user name. The first one had someone else's gamer tag....
