Bullet jumping through the first (and possible all subsequent) portals and swapping into spoiler mode and getting downed as spoiler seems to take you back to where your warframe was (as you would expect), but the ability/movement/gun restriction debuff remains on the frame. Edit: Timing might be fairly strict, i'll continue trying to reproduce.
